Highly doubtful. It'll probably be leading to New York Comic-Con next month. Right month, wrong event.

well maybe there will be a top secret ARG only screening at NYC CC to coincide with the Toyko event
either way doubt anything will happen here in Houston.

I actually doubt anything is going to happen in New York either. It seems they keep most of the convention influenced ARG stuff to the west coast. San Francisco and San Diego.

but the pitcell screening was spread out so would be that much of an expense for an extra print to bring to NYC and set up a screening. did Tron do anything at NYC CC last year? they did bring the SDCC print to Toronto so I think it is possible but since this is my first ARG maybe I am too hopeful.

Last year's NYCC was in February, long before Flynn Lives even started. But, trust me guys, even IF there's no Flynn Lives NYCC even, there most likely WILL be a Tron Legacy panel of some sort.

The answer is NO. Man, this forum branch (Flynn Lives) is total crickets right now. Silence. Nothing. Reflecting the actual Flynn Lives ARG. The only postings we get (getting down to 1 a day!) are Off Topic or posters looking to sell stuff... Ouchee.

I know, kind of depressing. maybe the End of Line Club at SDCC really was the EOL for the ARG. I guess for NYC CC the usual panels is all we will get, maybe something for Tokyo, but that is only 2 weeks away and no word. maybe next month some contest for sneak screenings is what I am hoping for, but with the complete silence from the ARG I am not holding my breath.

The QR codes are all the same... If they do something with them, it will be something universal....

True, I'm surprised, this ARG feels like it has been forgotten. I hope it's just that the PM's are working on the next great phase but sheesh, even an update to the main Flynn Lives site would be enough to reassure us that the thing is still alive...

Just got this bit of info about Tron at the Tokyo Film Fest from http://mrhedlund.com/
Quote:
The most coveted seats during the week will be at an invitation-only presentation in which actor Garrett Hedlund and representatives of Disney will unveil 20 minutes of 3D footage from the still-in-production "Tron: Legacy 3D."

Sounds like it may be the footage we'll be seeing at Tron Night on Thursday.
