Not so much random as it was a thing I did. When I was still in high school, I went into all the girls bathrooms, and wrote 'Take Me ToTheArk', to see if anyone got it. Well, at my friends graduation party a few weeks later, I got her hooked on MH, and after watching the Entry ##### video, she looks at me and asks, 'Uh, did you see the 'Take Me ToTheArk' stuff someone wrote all over the bathrooms?' and I told I was who did it, and she yelled 'I knew it!' the look on her face made my whole week. ^^

The shadow cast on my bedroom wall from the street lamp and the way my curtains hang just looks like slendy. Now I can't go to bed without constantly checking behind me Confused

Pattern Recognition by William Gibson. MH, TT & EMH are distributed almost like the movie on the book.

Alright guys, this is really weird.

I was reading weird NJ yesterday (Issue #25) and came across a page with this picture on it.

The story was something about a person driving home at midnight from his relatives house or something. Along the way, A guy in a business suit appears on the side of the road, walks in front of the car, and all of a sudden, disappears. The guy who sent this story in said that he wasn't the only person to see this "man" in a business suit at night.

Shit just got even more real.

Justaguest, I also was thinking about Pattern Recognition, though more for ARG's in general than just for Slender Man.

Also, that article is serious? Surprised You guys, we thought him into reality! Shit!

Random question -- can readers contribute to "weird NJ"? Because if so, we've just got a slendy fan on our hands looking to "get the word out".

Okay, so I don't know why I relate Zelda and MH so much, but anyone seen that creepy Majora's Mask hack yet?

It's a great read if you've played Majora's Mask.

And after you've seen the video linked in the story, there's also BEN.wmv and DROWNED.wmv. It looks like it's turning into its own little series! They start to get a bit "AAAAAAH LOOK AT THE BACKGROUND" with the statues later on, which also reminds me of Slenderman. Actually the statue itself reminds me of slenderman. D:

The article is real, and yes, readers can contribute to the magazine. Theres only one problem. The particular issue that has that article in it, came out more than 3 years ago...

Then, nobody created SM. He already existed, in some form, and then the word traveled (suffering modifications) to the guy who proposed SM on that thread.

So, in a place close to your house there is a more ancient SM, waiting to meet you.

Spooky huh.

@Axcelissearching: Do you have the title of the article? There is a website for the magazine with some of the published material.

Sorry, I don't. All I know was that it was in issue #25 (the one with the doll on the cover). If I find out, I'll post it here.

EDIT: While looking through article names, it might be this: "The Man In The Dark on 539"
