Hmm, Evan has knives and is obviously psychotic, but Masky has warp doors and a penchant for STEALING knives and making people forget what happened to 'em. If there was a show down, it'd truly be epic!

Slender Man dream again

Whew, last night I had another SlenderMan dream, that one was almost like the beginning of a movie.

It started out on a cargo ship, a guy was tied to a chair with others surrounding and interrogating him. He didn't say much or when it was just random babble, they slowly got angry at him but he didn't speak.
In the background you could hear a few animals, mostly cows they where transporting, while in the beginning it wasn't easy to not they started to get louder and sound more panicked, so did the guy in the chair, starting to babble more coherently slowly "he's coming".
The ones surrounding him didn't notice at first but at some point the noise got so loud they started to look around what's wrong. Suddenly at some point the guy in the chair stopped panting and just looked up from and stared blankly just saying "He's here...".

It then cut to a really horrifying looking SlenderMan through distortion in a black and white filter, he was really deformed looking, shoulders sprouting out like roughly broken off sticks, head looking asymmetrically and just hanging limp from it's body, the suit looking like a roughly stitched vest partly made of dirt and leaves, this thing was slowly rising out of the ground pushing lumps of dirt and leaves aside while the title card "THE SLENDERMAN" appeared over it like a classic horror movie title card.

However that turns out to be a fake as we get another camera angle that shows the puppet being lifted up by a rope, it really where a few kids filming this for a project, the slendermans rough shoulders really where sticks holding it out and the face just a stuffed sack, the suit really was just roughly stitched together smeared with some dirt and drying leaves. They just shot the intro for their movie project (we pretty much saw what the final version after editing would have looked like).
One of the boy had to call it a day and go home, at home however he got bad news, his father had died, he was the tied up guy on the ship. The ship itself had beached after driving without control and they found him and several others dead. It was a murder investigation though as they found blood and signs of struggles, plus a large part of the ships crew where missing without a trace, it pretty much kept running on itself till it beached.

The boy was of course extremely depressed about that and cut himself off for a while, however a few weeks afterwards the grieving slowly ended. A friend of him came over and they decided to do some stuff trying to get things back on track. They eventually decided to pick up the movie project again, the boy partly wanted to do that in honor of his father because he was the one who (unintentionally) got him on the whole SlenderMan myth, in fact the puppet the built was based on a drawing they found his father made. They thought he just made it as part of an ARG he wanted to participate in.

After a few days of filming again strange things started to happen however. One day the puppet they made looked strange, when they looked at it it was wet and smelled rotting, opening it up the found someone had stuffed it with animal organs, however at that time they thought it was just a sick joke.
When the boy and his friend where on the way home, it was already getting dark, you could see a few things you would think are SlenderMan following them but where really just things that looked like it from a odd angle but now it was pretty clear he was after them for whatever reason.

I also had a "vision" of an alternative intro for the movie itself in mind which may play after the boy gets the message of his father dieing, it was a camera flight over a rocky beach cliff side, at some points you could see Slendy at the very edge of the screen.

Well that is what you get if you watch two horror movies back to back just before going to bed, but hey ideas are ideas Razz
