I'd like to point out that the quote used is from a children's story.

Here's a wiki link which includes the full text.

I can't get anything interesting from the story itself. It is somewhat grim, as old children's stories often are. But there's no obvious connection to Slendy. There's a few versions but they generally don't end well for the chased figure. Bodes ill for Zeke.

I tried to see if anything recent popped up for the quote on Google but got nowhere again.

The only possible SM connection I can imagine is the slenderdoll which, in the right light, if squinted at, kinda has gingerbread man-like characteristics. Very weak, but the best I got.

The best anagram I found was "Gent Come Date Me". Slendy is using Zeke's blog to pick up dudes Shocked

"Not caged, meet me"?

Zeke's not caged and he want's to meet someone? The "not caged" part would fit with the full text (ie. you can't catch me).

but honestly I have no idea, just glad to see it's back.

Update.

The previous blog post has been changed. Below the previous text, it now says: COME AND GET ME.

I'm so glad Zeke is actually back, even though he appears to be completely batshit insane now. Moreso than before...

Maybe that's how the progression works? You get hallowed but if you somehow recover you get all A and Zeke crazy about it. That'd make things interesting at least.
