Sorry if this has already been posted before, but does anyone know where to get Masky's mask? The mask has pretty much become an icon now, so I would like to own one. Or the mask from entry #26 that has teeth.

Wassup, merger?

Whatever, At least the thread I made got moved here instead of taking up space...

So I ended up making my own mask, I think it came out pretty good.

I know that the eyebrows are a little too curvy, but oh well.

Heres me wearing it:

I sketched out everything with a pencil like people had said to do. I used sharpie for the eyebrows and acrylic paint for the eyes, mouth and the masks edge/outline. It took me something like 3 hours to complete. It was totally worth it though!

Might I ask where you located the mask and what it (the mask) is called?

I want...

I bought my mask from a store called A.C. Moore. It's like Michael's basically. The product name is : "Mask-it" by A company called "Midwest Design" And the mask's model type is: Male, 8.5" (21.6CM). You obviously have to paint it your self, so use acrylic paint.

I got mine at Michael's and I don't think it was any more than four or five dollars. Three, most likely. In fact, I bought it the same day as my laptop Very Happy In case anyone wants, here're pics. I was playing with filters on my webcam AND my new mask.

And yeah, I can't remember exactly the name of the mask, but it comes in a plastic bag with cardboard at the top. The paper inside gives you tips on how to decorate it for Mardi Gras and shit.

Mine was about $4.00 but I had a coupon. And mine came with instructions on how to make weird looking masks. Did yours say it was for decorative use only?

Sorry to double post, but I found this:

http://www.amazon.com/Jo-Ann-Stores-Mask-It-Full-Mask/dp/B0018YYUJE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1283267607&sr=1-2

The masks are only $3.00 with $4.99 shipping. It's kind of a lot, but if you don't live anywhere near a place where you can get one of these, then order from amazon.

And I also found out you can buy these from Jo-Ann Fabric stores, so keep that in mind.

Right behind the mask at my micheals turned out to be the doll that is always on the floor in the creepy house. Gonna pick one up when I get the chance.

Typically the doll is about 5 dollars. However, they were getting rid of all of them at my Micheal's. So I was able to scrape the very last one up for $3.

Also, after god knows how long, I finally put the finishing touch on my TTA mask. I stole the string from another one of my masks and threw it on. Now I don't need my hands to hold it up. Hooray!

Back when #26 first came out, we had an extra mask that was blank so JKat and I made a Skully mask... but my god it looks pretty terrible. XD Maybe if Troy and Joseph actually get off their butts and make MH famous on a larger scale, we can wear them to conventions and stuff. For now they sit in a neglected pile of craft supplies, alas!

That would be awesome! Imagine a whole MH fanbase thing at a comic-con!

I did wear mine to the local con! I don't think anyone recognized it, though.
