Well I am happy Commonsense and Sonic shared what little they did about the *gift* ......it lead me to looking at things differently and figuring out what it is myself. I'm also happy they have not shared what it is and how to get it......and I hope they keep it that way along with anyone else who finds it.

I don't think it's a juvenille waste of time....I think it's good game play.

Kudos to you two for figuring it out on your own.....I had over looked it and probably wouldn't have found it without a nudge.

teasing about it is juvenile, but saving it for yourself is the same as finding the treasure on your own. I'm going to throw out all of my notes

Teasing?

Teasing it may well be. But bewares yur secrets aren't being wringed from yur hands by the connivances of the spies and their sneakiness! Harrr harr har

I for one will not be divulgin' any information to those who be stuck and put out bait in exchange for it! Ahhh, that's skulduggery if I ever saw it!

Hey, Cap'n, I've got me an important bit of info for ye, but first ye got to tell me the bit of me puzzle I been missin'. An fer that, ye'll get nuthin worth nuthin'. Harrrr harrrr harrrr

You should all be happy that they said there even was something we missed. They could have kept it all to themselves and we'd all of not known anything about it.....not even that we should look for one. Atleast now you know you missed somthing and can go find it.

Cry-babying because you don't have something someone else does is juvenille.

Perhaps Cap'n Slim be a real pirate, and Common Sense be draggin' 'im out.

No. If they said "keep your eyes open" and moved on there would be no problem. Constant allusions to something and code-speak is a problem, and is the juvenile act going on here. It stinks of BS; dancing around something without an indication of the precise subject is merely tiresome and reeks of a deus ex machina type distraction.

Does no one remember that we already went through this hidden secret message nonsense last month?!?!?!

I think we're all clutching to straws. Obviously something was missed, early on as it seems. What I'm unaware of is if it was something that should have been received during any scoping out of the clues (IE at belvedere) or if there was an obvious statement in the first three episodes. I'm going to re-watch them uninterrupted on HD on the flat screen with new notes, and check some sites out tomorrow. I've a few that I will be checking out today!

If I were them I wouldn't of posted anything until I knew if what I had was important or not.....it could be the difference of finding the gold before someone else. If they flat out told you what it was that could be giving away $10,000.......to people who weren't as clever as they were to boot.

If it bothers you that much maybe you should just ignore those posts about it and move on to something else.

...which, as you should well realize, casts doubt upon their intentions and the veracity of their statements. Why give anything away? Again, BS meter is off the charts.

My gift :D
Episode 5

At the end of episode 5, Mulligan sneaks a pokerr chip into the Captain's goblet while the Cap is talking to Tom. The Capn drinks his mug and I guess maybe chokes on it. Mulligan cracks himself up. It makes me laugh to the core of me belly it does!

I know what the gift is so I don't doubt there intentions. And I'm pretty sure they only posted about it to find out whether or not anyone else here knew what they were talking about it out so they could work on figuring it out together.

Just ignore the posts then.

gift clues

look in all the ship episodes behind the captain. Keep your eyes on moving and changing items.
