If there was some sort of revelation as to "EE" vs "I" in a made up word spoken by a pirate puppet that I missed in 169 pages of posts, I sincerely apologize.

Dreams

Do you think that these are evidence of a dream theme?

There's the Gorilla dream (induced by General Anesthetic). There's the captain's flashbacks. There's the Giant Turtle blowing everyone up, There's the dream-like reverse talking in episode 4, there's Tom blowing up the sun.

anyone have any luck with the numbers from monkey business

20 17 16 14 21 12 8 ?

IMO this is one of the most important clues....

Added, they equal 108
Subtracted, they equal -68
Multiplied, they equal 15353860
Divided, they equal .000003

I don't see any connection, anyone else?

I think that besides it being an Homage to the TV show, if you mess around with all the numbers in the various episodes you are bound to get LOST.

Ahh...naturally it would be a reference to a show I had no knowledge of. Seriously...cell phones on a supposed "deserted island?" And I thought Tom Hanks talking to a volleyball for 45 minutes was ridiculous. ABC went and trumped that belief lol

COME ON PEOPLE! We ALL found the silver arrows in Legend of Zelda! We can do this!

: )

chin chin Sin. Also is that you Roger Thornhill, GeorgeKaplan?

Coincidentally, I thought I came across the homage to a homage - the missing and extra characters from ep 3 are r0t -roger o thornhill. What does the O stand for? Nothing. Which was a homage or dig on selznick. Is it a stretch. Indeed, but for a chuckle I'm willing to stretch a little.

Thornhill...Thornhill? No that's not me, however I do believe I met him once at Mt Rushmore, he didnt like the way Roosevelt was staring at him.

Completely off-topic, but...

Had been brainstorming with a friend about the relevance of the numbers. He sent me a link to YouTube, don't think the forum will let me type it in here. Just go to YouTube and type in "The Count Censored."

Prepare to cry laughing lol

Did we already suggest that the 3 (son) Roosevelt in the anime sequence might be a Muppets homage? Kermit was TR's 3rd child...

Just when I think I am getting somewhere, I am humbled by the expertise of others.

The map on the home page shows a giant serpent (squid) like creature and says to try to avoid this. The gang then is threatened by British forces but in fact must face a serpent (and a gorilla). Then if you put in Tom's clue to avoid the way you know....

Hi
question

Why does the lanterns light change at times from a bright glow to a candle like flame in the last episode? Is this a reference to a lighthouse or lighthouses with different types of light maybe?

Does anyone see the sequence where the raindrops on glass make some interesting dot -dash like, lit up, runway-strip-like flashes downwards?

Did anyone notice that the parrots beak looks like the captains boot?
I know, I am not to bright. I just had to ask.
