Mr. Cartwright

Has anyone searched for this name?

I searched google using this "-Super-8 -JJ -abrams -ARG -unfiction +"Mr. Cartwright"" and found this:
http://www.gpoaccess.gov/congress/senate/judiciary/sh100-1037/613-614.pdf

It could be Josh, or it could just be a coincidence.

Fred

JuNNez;

I tried googling the following:

-Super-8 -JJ -abrams -ARG -unfiction +"Fred"

and clicked on the 9th listing down, A VC, and came up with the following:

http://www.avc.com/a_vc/2010/09/the-office-matters.html#comment-79306636

At this site you will read:

"Our most liked commenter, JLM, gave us his thoughts on moleskins the other day.
In a comment to The Office Matters, JLM shared this wisdom with us:"

and you can read more.

Is Fred Wilson, Josh's best friend? I don't know, I don't think so; I'd be more leaning toward a "Fred Carly."

Is the "JLM" sited on the page Josh Minker? I don't think so, but I haven't tracked down all of the links.

I really don't see how testimony before a Senate Judiciary Committee has anything to do with Josh, but who knows?

Hmm...
I think, all informations we'll get from a .gov-webpage could be called OOG...

Well, you never know. Wink

It's things in the document such as:

Maybe the person talking to "Mr. Cartwright" is mysterio or a person trying to convince Cartwright to turn himself in, because he know what he posses. Through the whole document, he talks about innocent people and people who have been judged wrongly. So this Cartwright could be Josh's dad, who initially filmed the accident.

Ok.. I'm not following this.. Mr. Cartwright is a fake name Josh used in a letter to contact Mr. Wilson about black market rare fish..

Why are we looking for him? We already know who he is.

Josh, may have used it for more than contacting "Mr. Wilson", and it could be for a particular reason, he used the name "Mr. Cartwright".

What if "Mr. Cartwright" was the person, he got the tapes from? and that's why he uses that fake name?

As we all know from the site, it doesn't seem that Josh is very creative.

Timeline for Cartwright doesn't seem to fit

JuNNeZ;

Josh first makes mention of "Mr. Cartwright" on Sunday April 4th on his Coelacanth Blog, saying that he had "contacted Mr. Wilson," and that Wilson would get back to him at the end of the week. We could reasonably surmise that Josh attempted first contact (no pun intended) with Wilson sometime prior to the the 4th and may have eventually linked up with him prior to making mention of it on the 4th of April. There is no indication that at this period of time that Josh was in possession of the STIES film.

To the contrary, on April 19th he mentions "family problems."

On the craigslist photos, we piece together that his mother's memorial/funeral was April 16.

On his May 2nd journal he laments not being able to sell old collectibles, so presumably he came into possession of the STIES film no sooner than just prior to his mother's death (provided she was able to communicate her intentions as to what she wanted Josh to keep/sell after her demise), or after her death, around the week prior to her memorial/funeral on April 16, all well after Josh's first mention of Messrs Cartwright and Wilson on April 4th.

Again ...
Old News

I posted this sh!t months ago!

Yes a .gov link is OOG.

As Mod Euchre pointed out, we could get ourselves in trouble bringing these sites into the game.
So ... I deleted my link.

Yes people, I think Ras has right.
It will just lead us from the game...

If you follow the links anyway, make shure, that all .gov or .mil sources are completely OOG. Our transmedia producent guild is not so powerfull at the moment. Very Happy

Your friendly mods would really appreciate you folks staying away from .gov or .mil sites. Smile

After all, uF would probably get the calls from DHS.

You can't get in trouble if you just visit .gov pages...

Sure, visiting is ok. But mass visiting is suspicious, and uF could get some... ehm... warning notes since here were linked OOG .gov sites, especially in some weird - for .gov people (in work, not privat) surely not understandable - topics like conspiracy etc. Wink

Actually, even if they would make an .gov-ARG, they would place the contents on non-gov-URLs, as far as I imagine it.
