All the merchandise is supposed to be released tomorrow (Oct. 1). Just know that some stores might not have them right away.

I went to go check out the local Target today, nothing yet. Guess I'll have to wait.

I picked up the Hero and Villain 3-packs from TRU last night. They only had those, the racing set, the anti-gravity RC Sam's Cycle and the small action figures. I was not impressed at all with the figures. The lighting effect was no better than a lighting effect you'd find in a McDonald's toy. The TRU has a truck coming in this morning with other Tron items coming, hopefully a deluxe disc.

It was also strange to be in a to aisle with Tron toys hanging right next to a Gremlins toy line.

I also went to Target last night. They said they only stock new items on the shelves on Sundays and Tuesdays, but I should be able to get whatever they have in the back upon request.

How much did those run you? Those are the only Tron Legacy toys I want, besides the deluxe action figures lol.

For that price, it'd better come with the woman modeling it...

Agreed. That said- why are there no helmets? I mean, you kind of do need a helmet, and getting one to match the suit might be tricky. Just seems odd, is all.

Edit: Come to think of it, for $500, that stuff had better be bespoken. I'm 6'4" and if I paid that much and it arrived in the mail and the arms were too short, I'd throw a shit fit.

The sad thing about Ebay is that you can't point out obvious gouging or the fact that the item is also sold in stores for cheaper. Anyone who buys that Identity Disk should be whacked up side the head. Bang Head

Toys R Us and the Disney store are the only stores that currently have product on the shelf. Target has stuff but not on the shelf yet (that's where the DPCI#s come in handy, like I previously posted) and Walmart has nothing as of yet.

So, how does the anti-gravity light-cycle stick to the wall (or ceiling)? I'm guessing (cuz I don't know) that a fan (sounds like a fan in the video) is blowing it against the wall. Is that right?

I'm guessing it will be the same as the Spinmaster Air Hog car that climbs walls and ceilings. It's a very thin and light outer shell with a fan powered vacuum creating the suction. If it is the same, they are loud as hell and fairly fragile. Not worth my $30.

I think I'm going to concentrate on a deluxe disc, all the diecast, and the Recognizer carrying case. I'd like to check out the large figures, hopefully they are MUCH better than the small ones.
