Hopefully this means they are going back to posting videos more commonly. I liked the whole criptic videos that we argued about for weeks but new content is always very exciting.

I didn't catch much more than the obvious "GUILTY" drawing, but there were a few pictures that could have hid something in the darkness. I'll go back and check it out when i have more time.

Also, Is it just me or is getting a new video in the morning a little weird? i'm so used to the midnight-2 am times, and this was posted around 5 i guess? (eastern standard time by the wayy )

Hmm. Guilty indeed -- I wonder if Jeff is (unknowingly to himself) going a bit Slendermad during times we (and he) don't see. A subconscious cry of anger towards the Slenderman for his guilt in the kidnapping of Jessa?

Interesting that a video with no "live" segments would have audio distortion. A pre-recorded track, presumably MP3 on the computer, was somehow distorted?

I don't think that's Slenderman. I think that's more of the "audience sees/hears what isn't there" mind-games.

maybe i'm nuts, but i almost sounds like the audio cuts out the 'd' in 'dark' and the end says 'i will follow you into the ark'?

Yeah, a video at this time of the day (for me) it's weird. But hell, they're kids, weird sleeping habits aren't so out of the ordinary.

OH GOD JEFF THIS IS SO CUTE - a bit cheesy, but it makes it all the more "real". I even went a bit misty-eyed, not going to lie (I cry with minimal provocation, but still). Also, Sparky the dog appears WITH EMPTY SOULLESS EYES, but it's just the camera flash.

Ok, but what's Jeff guilty of? Besides BEING SO CUTE IT HURTS

THE LITTLE GIRL FROM THE RING WATCHES JEFF - no seriously, is it just me or there is something going on in the background there?

My thoughts:

a.) Jessa is SO cute!! Those two are just so pretty/cute together, and reminds me of how well they develop characters. You really want this girl to be OK.

b.) Creepy video is creepy with some random brix that turned in my stomach!!

OK, now on to try to find something between all the cuteness and distortion...

EDIT2: 100% proof: song says I'LL FOLLOW YOU INTO THE ARK!!! There IS a cut right at the beginning of DARK, making the creepy vid even more creepier.

As for that shot where he rides on the small thingy... I looked at the previous bit, with Jessa sliding down, and there is something similar to the right of the slide (left side of the screen as the camera moves). Can't see what it is, but it is (unintentionally??) creepy.

And the Ark bit is creepy, but it also shows how good they are at picking their songs.

I'm assuming this video is conformation we're not going to see Jessa again, unless she's the real "ark" in this story. In which case, we'll never see her SANE again. Excuse me while I pout.

I'll admit it -- the distortion about made me pee myself. I'm just sitting here, getting emotional & singing along, and BAM. Never before has Deathcab creeped me out.

Anyways, I'm not too big a Deathcab fan (cause a.) I dislike Ben Gibbards voice/college-pop and b.) he's with Zooey ), but this delivered BIG time!!

I am not a 100% sure. I was at first, but as of now, I doubt that we'll never see her again. I just have a feeling she will turn up sooner or later. As of now, Jeff is the most fleshed out character, and Jessa is his main interest. My money is that we will re-gain Jessa but loose someone else (Alex).

And yes, this comes from the person who claimed Jessa might have been in the plastic bags. I now have a fair believe that Jessa will turn up one way or another, even if that's just me wanting Jeff and her to end up well. Remember, with Damsel, her entire house was burned down, Jessa just vanished.
