Dreamcatcher Audio Strangeness - this morning on the way to work it was commercial time on the local NPR station. It sounded like something broke in over top of the commercial for Echos - Music Soundscape - and it announced this URL.
http://dreamcatcheraudio.com/
I'm trying to figure out what ARG would be big enough to buy advertising space, even if it's just on NPR.... ?

Well to be fair that http://dreamcatcheraudio.com/ also leads to:
http://dreamblogged.wordpress.com/
http://www.dreamcatcheraudio.com/Columbus.html
looks interesting.

There is also http://www.dreamcatcheraudio.com/Internet.html linked from the "internet only" button but it look slike the same content as the "Columbus only" button & page.
Can you set Wordpress posting dates to something other than the actual date? The posts on the blog go back to March.

gotta love it when the one flash file is called ARG_menu.
There are a lot of trivia questions [on the Internet page] to be answered:
DS.CM.001 : The Dewey Decimal call number for the writings of C.G. Jung
DS.CM.002 : Days in a baktun
DS.DB.001 : The repeated number in Inception
DS.DB.002 : The garbage masher maintenance hatch number in which Han, Luke, Chewie, and Leia were trapped
DS.DE.001 : 01100101 01101100 01100101 01110110 01100101 01101110 01110100 01110111 01101111 01101111 01101110 01100101 01110100 01110111 01100101 01101100 01110110 01100101
DS.DE.002 : Phone number for dreams
DS.SM.001 : 9!
DS.SM.002 : D*R*E*A*M + C*A*T*C*H*E*R
DS.SV.001 : WCBE station number and street address
DS.SV.002 : Latitude and Longitude of Columbus
The last one appears to be empty (for now):
Restricted Access
DS.RA.001
And the Columbus page differs:
Surveillance
DS.CN.001

You might want to also keep them in the correct catagories? such as:

Though I'd post what i know
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Communications 1: The numbers from the call # of "The basic writings of C.G. Jung give me 131395.
Cm 2: there are 144000 days in a baktun (131395-144000)
Database 1: Already posted as 528491. Thanks Scratch!
Db 2: hatch number= 3263827. (I googled it, it may not be right)
Decryption 1: binary spells out 112112
DE 2: "dreams" on a phone pad is 373267
Containment 1: station is 90.5 address is 540: 905540
Containment 2: I found different coordinates to Columbus OH from different sites. Used the one from wikipedia, you might want to check it yourself.
System Maintenance 1: 9! as a math function=362880
S.Mn 2: Converting the letters to numbers, then multiplaying and adding as directed gives 134280.
One thing to note is, there is no input for system maintence in the form, and the abbreviations under the containment and surveilance boxes are switched...

I know this isn't about me or anything....but I'm kind of excited to find this trail head. I searched around on Twitter for anyone to acknowledge anything weird and didn't see anything. I almost thought I dreamed it. You guys probably find trail heads all the time, but this was way out of the ordinary for me. And thrust on me almost!!!
All that to say - I have no help to offer so far, but I'm in Columbus, so if I can offer any help here, let me know.
ETA: Also found this site linked from the landing page....

This has been in the planning for a while. Website was registered in (June?) 2009. Don't know if you can fake dates on wordpress, but it wouldn't matter.
I get 150.195 as the basic DDS # for Jung's writings, which makes sense as 100-199 is philosophy and psychology.
Can anyone make anything of the audio? I haven't tried mucking with it yet, but I'm pretty much drawing a blank.

I posted a reply on her blog... This is what I sent...

Sorry to hear about your nightmares. Have you had any major changes in your lifestyle lately? It's possible that a major change could possibly be causing your dreams. Have you tried doing exercises prior to going to sleep? Sometimes that works for me.
I will post any response as soon as I get them.

Under surveillance, it says DS.CN.001. If you take out the dots, that's DSCN001, which is often the default file name for Nikon cameras. I tried
http://dreamcatcheraudio.com/DSCN001.jpg and .html, but no luck. Also tried it at the blog - same fail.
