i'm sorry... I just couldn't take it anymore. The lack of comon sense on this board drives me nuts and I couldn't resist. (its a pet peeve)
Please...just THINK and apply common sense when hunting and posting.

REALLY...ask yourself... WHY in the world would they make a green and yellow flag to represent the Oakland A's..just to lead you to Yankee Stadium?? WHY in the world would they signify Dave Winfield, Jim Abbot, or any other stupid nonsense that I posted?? I mean REALLY...THINK!!!!!

And for the usual "If you haven't found this chest yet then you have no right to call anyone anything." .... OR "you are no closer if you don't have the gold" .... that is NONSENSE!!

There is a huge difference when someone posts a logical path with clues, and it turns out wrong...as opposed to pages of random nonsense, that there is 1000% no way in hell that it is possible. I mean cmon...ask yourself "Would the puppeteers really make this LEAP??"

Ok... I promise I am done ranting... I just wish there was a section onthis board for common sense/logical posts, and fairy land posts. Its cluttering the board. I thought it was intentional misleading being done...but now that I see people really think and believe this stuff....

and with that?

Common Sense. We are all very impressed with your abilities to not only find the treasure, but to have the restraint to not get it immediately, and to spend your time here goading everyone rather than dismissing the forum and collecting your prize. Its very respectful of you to not only supposedly WIN the game, but to be such a gracious winner before even receiving the trophy. Congratulations. You are obviously better than the rest of us.

I am finished here. If they have won? Then there is no point in continuuing. If they did NOT win it yet? It matters not because posting here has become pointless.

However, and I say this with all seriousness, CommonSense. When and if you do win the treasure? It would probably be best that you, and GeorgeKaplan, not go public. There are people here who have already expressed an interest in finding you, and with your last rant? I am sure there are more.

I doubt you found it though, so I am sure you are safe.

I am still available via PM, if anyone wants to chat or discuss, but I'm finished with public posting here.

Folks, I think CommonSense was MOCKING Spaniard with his YANKEES post.

So, to make it clear:

The YANKEES idea was a JOKE. Do NOT take it seriously.

CAPN: Why do you continue to come at me?? I said nothing about you in this post. I didn't say "I found the treasure"...and I thought we cleared that up last time we spoke. You need to stop getting homotional.

Aside from that... am I supposed to be "scared' of someone posting under a "guest" name, or fake name?? lololol If i'm supposed to be scared, then they wouldnt be hiding behind a name and making internet threats. yawwnnn

If anything...certain ones of you need to re-evaluate the crap you talk. It is not me who runs with information in PM's to other people...and also make accusations about other on here "knowing the puppeteers", etc...

Like I said...you want my address ...you dont have to wait for me to go public.

Hold on..let me callthe puppeteers and let them know that everyone is "on to us". lol

JOKING....JOKING.... I dont know them....JOKING.
Prodigal....please tell them I am joking.

enough

Up until now I was trying to just give everyone the benefit of the doubt and try to keep this all drama free. I was hoping that people could get over childishness or egos or whatever it is that causes them to act like they are 5 years old. I was hoping that eventually this would all end, and we could get back to constructive collaboration and fun treasure hunting.

Apparently that is just not going to happen. CommonSense2, it seems that you are just here to cause problems. There are people here who still want to participate in this, but you are chasing them away with all of your negativity. If you feel that you have found the location of the treasure and have nothing left to contribute, then it seems you are just bored and looking to annoy people. The majority of your posts recently have violated several portions of the terms of use for this forum. You are mocking, insulting, and harassing people. Now you've also included a sexual orientation insult. If you feel people are posting nonsense, then disregard it and move on. There is no reason to mock someone who is obviously putting a lot of time and research into this hunt, just because you don't agree.

If you have found the location, I wish you the best. If you are completely off base, then I also wish you the best for the rest of your hunt. Please use this forum for what it was intended rather than schoolyard pi$$ing contests.

Cap'n -- please don't leave. Unlike some people who gripe about posting logical clues yet only seem to post pot shots at us for being idiots and not getting all the clues and gifts that they got (seriously, when was the last time CS actually helped us figure out something?) you really seem to want to work through different clues, right or wrong.

CS, I don't mean this as an attack, but I'm just curious, if you have it figured out, why are you still even bothering with this board? I mean, if this is the case, then there is nothing we would say to help you figure anything NEW out, and aside from poking your finger in people here's eyes you don't really seem all that interested in providing any of your own insights, at least lately. So you don't need more help and aren't really interested in helping, or am I missing something? If people are going off on wild tangents (and I believe they are), then doesn't that benefit you? They seem committed to doing this regardless of your admonishments but simply telling them "think logically" isn't really much help either.

Staten Island

Answered my own question: the second Staten Island shot in the trailer is the Richmond County courthouse, opposite the ferry terminal. (Er, Port of Co(u)rtland? Enh. Seems a stretch, esp since you can't get there on a subway.)

I can't even believe the childish behavior in here right now. I'm pretty sure everyone knew you were joking Commonsense, please just get over yourself already. The more you continue the more ridiculous you look. You keep saying that Cap'n Slim is coming at you but if you read the posts you are the one stirring things up here.

Mario and Fafa's on LOST and DaVinci code
on the webpage - linked by clicking the broken tv set

Here is the video in which Mario and Fafa point to LOST and to DaVinci Code in connection with this webseries. Aren't they adorable? In the event that the series has simultaneously borrowed elements from LOST, DaVinci Code AND The Adventures of TinTin (the Captain's friend is starring in a pirate treasure adventure this Spring), it will continue to be fascinating to behold.

Spice: "Bored... but too busy to get it from three days ago through this weekend."

^^Apparently you can't read? I do not live in NYC.. and I did not say "I have the treasure". Again...learn to read.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~'
Mlssry: No...apparently everyone did not see that I was joking. Numerous people posted off of my clues and continued discussing it as if it were real. Prodigal One apparently was the only one who could see I was obviously joking.
Oh..and get your facts straight with the CAPN. 1. I said I had a hunch the treasure would be found... CAPN then attacked me and accused me of being full of crap and that i knew the puppeteers. 2. The next time... I DEFENDED him because someone accused him and GK of knowing the puppeteers, and CAPN AGAIN got insecure and attacked me for no reason. 3.This last post had NOTHING to do with him...and he attacked again..and went as far as putting THREATS out there????
GROW UP.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I put a simple joke on the forum..and some of you are obsessive insecure people who need to step away from the hunt if it makes you that uptight.

OH..and those that I poke fun at KNOW not to say anything...because if you REALLY want to see the nature of this board, and WHO exactly is doing things they shodlnt be doing... I could "go there'. Funny that the people you "defend" are the ones making "double deals" with people, and then passing info on and making the same deals, while talking crap in PMs.

KOOLAID: All it takes is 2 PM's, from 2 people to be posted....and you will think differently. I have beenice enough to not play that card...but I will if I must. Remember, I am not the one on here placing"threats", and saying "when you go public..we will find you", or 'im going to break the puppeteers wrists". hmmmmm

that being said...get back to the hunt...as I have explained myself 2 pages ago, yet you people continue to play this like a soap opera. OH..and watch who you are "PMing" and running your mouth too...and then going on public and defendign the peopel you exposeon PM. hmmm

OK..OK ...i'm gonna give you guys the major clues!!! Rolling Eyes

The green and yellow mechant flag symbolizes the Oakland A's baseball team. The A's play the Yankees....which leads us to Yankee Stadium.

I also received in the mail, a Catfish Hunter baseball card on the Oakland A's. Catfish Hunter played for the A's AND the Yankees....which also leads us to Yankee Stadium.
There are 4 puppets, and Joe Dimaggio was #4 ...which leads us to Yankee Stadium.

The Holy Mackrel was a double meaning. 1)Phil Rizzuto used to say "Holy Cow", and 2)A mackrel is a FISH, as in CATFISH HUNTER...who used to play at Yankee Stadium.

When you call the phone # on the GA AD, the Captain gives you numbers:
20 = Bucky Dent
17= Oscar Gamble
16 = Whitey Ford
14= Lou Pinells
21 = Paul O'Neill
12= Alfonso soriano

THESE are all Yankees...which leads to Yankee Stadium.

The puppets are Pirates....which stands for the Pittsburgh Pirates. they played the Yankees in the World Series years ago at Yankee Stadium.

Yankee Stadium is known to have "ghosts".

(Note: My presentation would be even better and more on point..but i am too lazy to post links of Yankee Stadium pics, and links to pics of Yankee players, in between each reference).

The GA made note of "steroids" in their ads...and Roger Clemens was on steroids.

The big gorilla, signified Dave Winfield....
Tom's interpreter was really Hideki Matsui...
The cut off arm of Crothers, was to signify Jim Abbot (perfect place for a link)...
"I hate Queens"..was because Yankee fans hate the Mets (or at least...Mets fans WISHED thatYankee fans cared about them).
Notice the several "PITCHER" references... (pitcher of Tutty)..

Last but not least...the "clue of all clues"... The CROWS NEST. The Yankee Broadcast booth is the Crows Nest, because Susan Waldmans nauseating voice, sounds like a crow!!! RAWWWGer clemens is a Yankee....

GO DIG!!!

WOW THAT MAKES SENSE. Dont they call the Yankees manager "SKIPPER"...AND he LOOKS LIKE POPEYE WHOM WAS A SAILOR!
And CATFISH HUNTER; there's FISH in the SEA where the Pirates are sailing and they never seem to HUNT for food but this IS is a Treasure HUNT. And #17 stands out as its THE most commonly used Yankee jersey number (Shelly Duncan, Lance Berkman, etc); and perhaps THE most famous athlete in OAKLAND sports history over the past 20 years is none other than former Golden State Warrior Chris Mullin whom wore NUMBER 17; coincidence? I DONT THINK SO.

AND

Not only could Black Tom's interpreter symbolize Hideki Matsui , but it could also signify;

YouTube: Link

and the way everything with Black Tom is "in reverse" maybe thats symbolic for how The 2010 Yankees attempted to put back together the 2002 team!
