Ya,maybe....

I thought this Slender Man ARG was going really good so probably it's just my inner fanboy coming out. Another theory of mine is that it really ends here because he wasn't getting the views that he wanted and when you look in detail on his last video he has 4 dislikes and no likes, which is not good.
Plus he is going against Everyman Hybrid right now which is actually getting more deeper in story and confusion so he's battling against a lot.

The blog is definitely Slendylike, and probably related. Question is just if this is a sure gamejack or indeed a part of it.

I say a part of it for two reasons:

1.) the video isn't your typical "Hello people...!"-video in which a PM says goodbye because it didn't work. The video is very strange. Think about it. Guy grins and goes "OH HAI GUYS. I DID VIDEOS. THEY WERE SCARY. I LIKE. NOW NOT SO MUCH." It seems as if it is part of the story.
2.) he put a L.O.T. of work in those videos. Those are not your average "OH HAI SLENDERMAN!"-videos. Those had a lot of "CGI"/shopping/post done, and I can't see him go "Ah, it didn't work, let's sink it!" before the thing got going. As I said: the thing was too fast, a bit too much too soon feeling and many hated the lisp, but they were done with a lot of care and obviously were meant to go somewhere if the guy didn't shoot his powder in a bit of a burn-out (after all he churned those vids out REALLY fast, both in story progression and time). But I guess it was planned, you don't just do this kind of post-prod stuff in 4 days.

So I guess it's in game.

Well we all know that this latest video is in game but maybe John just didn't want to come out of the story and say "hey guys i didn't get a lot of views and im calling it quits."
He's satying in character and possibly ending the series with the bad guy winning for once.

As you can see need,over and thank are spaced at the first letter and the three letters spell out NOT... So maybe it's NOT over?

Ok....This guy's acting is horrible (had to say that first,lol)

Now John missing after how we got so used to him, that is awesome,better than Tribe Twelve if you ask me, we actually see the missing person talk to the webcam. So now this is going okay so far i guess....

There was some noise in the background; did anyone catch if it was just ambient noise, or intentional?

Summed up:

Bad acting is bad.

Reading off parts that are meant to be said freely just SHOWS
(if it's not read, then it's acted even worse, sorry Sad

)

Twist is good.

Coughing is WAY too obvious.

I dunno, I like the effects and all, but they need some real writers on their staff. Now, if they were to write me and ask for me to glance over scripts or whatever, I'd be happy to oblige. >>
