Need help for clue #3 n 4 please...
Marlboro contest

If anyone can help, with clue #3 n 4, I would be grateful, I know there are a few people willing to help, they claim they were to late to enter contest. And offered help, Where r u? I need help please. Started late, and it ends today, the first 5 clues. I forgot now I'm scrambling. Thanks to anyone that can help me. The dart clue is driving me crazy. I dont get it, how the answers others have can be correct there is no 20 or 17?
