He just thought it was a cool picture. So he says......

Ask him when he's gonna be putting up the new video. Having an exact timeframe would be pretty cool. :p

I keep asking him about vids, he says he'll put them up then gets distracted. Halo Reach is the main reason but I'll keep pestering lol. Sparky hasn't stopped going nuts during the night so I reckon we'll be seeing one soon. Not had a reply off him tonight yet but it's the weekend, my daughter is going out with her grandad tomorrow for the day so I could pull an all nighter to get some answers depending on where the coffee lasts lol.

2.Does anyone know the identity of afro-guy in Alex's background?

A little sleuthing turned up this blog post. Looks like afro-guy is Larry Langford, former mayor of Birmingham, AL, and past reporter for Birmingham's WBRC TV news.

I wonder if the connection to Birmingham--home of Damsel and (I think) MH--is a total coincidence. It is an awesome image all by itself.

EDIT: And now for some crazy-ass not-even-speculation. Somewhat near Birmingham is Uniontown, which hosts a very controversial dumping site for toxic coal ashes. It is literally a land of ashen waste. There's no way in hell the EMH guys would be that cryptic, though.

Actually, I'm impressed- that's a pretty good piece of research and reasoning there. However, Alabama's a long way from Jersey (I speak from experience) and, unless Jeff's willing to take another drive down the I-95 Corridor, I can't see them rushing to check it out.

Maybe that was the purpose of the first trip? I wouldn't put it past them to plan and be efficient. Although I still think this is a little far fetched...

So, I got a reply off Alex....
1. House isn't built on a burial ground.....yeah...I went there.
2. Sparky is getting worse but the footage he's got is pretty much exactly the same as his first video of her so he's not going to up load it yet. He's getting her a basket to sleep outside his room so he can sleep.......

which brings me to say............

"rrrrroll up rrroll up, disappearance sweepstake! place your bets who goes first? Alex or his beloved dog Sparky?!"

Hopefully not the dog. I'm really not looking forward to hiking through those woods looking for it, what with all these urban legends watcing my every move.

Ouch is all I can say for Sparky:

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: ...
Oh man sounds like a nuisance. And Spark's nails are becoming too short, one is already raw and bleeding. Last night i had to give her a small smack on the ass when i noticed some of her blood on the door. Now whenever i hear the scratching i have to get up and yell at her. She starts back up within the hour and thats when i kick her out

My inner dog trainer wants to tell him to try crating her in another room, but I'm afraid that'd lead to Sparky Trauma.

>_<

Not Sparky Crying or Very sad

Alex. Alex is going, and then Sparky will be adopted by Evan, who will train her in the ways of badassery.

lol. I've asked him if she's been marking her territory in his room. He says she's been peeing but it's old age so she's losing her bladder control.
If there's something that a dog doesn't like about somewhere, they'll mark their territory as a warning, one of my dog's constantly pees in the house because he doesn't like something here.
I'll tell him to keep recording even when Sparky isn't in the room at night just in case what ever it is that's setting her off comes out without her being there.

EDIT: I asked him whether he knew what the argument between damsel and Jeff was about and he said he had no idea. I mentioned that Jeff got the police involved but Alex said he knew nothing about that.

Thanks Didz, I was just thinking that I didn't have any irrational fears to keep me up at night.
Now I have to contend with the idea of an unspeakable eldritch horror crawling out from somewhere in my room while I'm asleep.

Shocked

You should try sleeping in the same room as my daughter. As adorable as she is to look at, she has a tendancy to stand up in her cot in the middle of the night and growl at me and her dad. By growl I don't mean something you'd expect from a sweet little 14 month old....I mean a full on deep, guttural zombie growl. It's terrifying after watching Slendy and the Rake........
For some reason I just thought of Pinky and the Brain.

Okay, you definitely win in the creepy stuff that happens in your house stakes.
I mean, that's seriously scary.

"What are we gonna do tonight, Slendy?"

"The same thing we do every night, Rake. Try to PISS OFF EVAN."
