To release info or not to release info
That is the question!

There is a possible ARG I am trying to follow. I would have already posted it by now, but the PM is deleting his posts on the forum it originates from, and asking me not to repost all the screencapped images and saved threads I have.

What should I do? I have a new post all typed up, if I end up deciding to post it.. But it just seems so weird to be told not to.

It is possible, but very unlikely, that it's not a game. All we know right now is that his posts are meant to tell people that information is being passed on a server we have not been allowed to access yet. I am trying to convince him to give me an email, but no word yet on if we will or not.

So what is your opinion?

If he's asked you not to propagate it, then don't. Whether or not it is an ARG, why risk getting on his bad side? And if it is an ARG but he is pulling stuff down, then it sounds like it is not ready for play, so don't play it (yet). And if/when it returns, be careful about spoiling others who come along later, if you have "forbidden" knowledge that was not meant to be part of the final product.

my opinion, totally
