The Seat is perhaps Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh.

My thoughts exactly. Here's another interesting thing - there were direct links between parliament and the location of the last ritual. Arthur's Seat holds similar mystical significance to the Scottish Parliament, located pretty much at its base in Holyrood.

There's a bunch more - The Seat lies on a line that connects it to Rosslyn, home of all sorts of Masonic and Grail mysteries. It's also been suggested the the seat is a Sacred Mountain, and the surrounding countryside creates sacred geometry in a similar way to Rennes Le Chateau.

Edit: O has confirmed we know the when and where, but not the what/why/who/how type bit. Any ideas? Looks like something that can be achieved online from what's been said.

It's very dark, but you can just about see what's occurring in all its terrible glory. http://t.co/n9ijrP8 it's pretty clear lots of effort went into making this look as good as it does, hiding all the subliminals, etc, so let's all remove all hats we may be wearing and cheer huzzah to him what dun it.

Edit - there's a very odd flash as the camera zooms in on me examining the "map" at 1:51. It appears to be a number of coffins for dolls. Perhaps something to do with the Day Of The Dead?
