Google isn't bringing up anything useful...
Edit--When it prompts you to press any key, pressing any key does not work. Nothing happens. The same for everyone else?

Yes. Same here.. wont go past that point anymore..
What in the world is 4D & 5O's last leg?
Havent had any update from Josh in 5 weeks now.. Will he respond?
The foghorn..not only used on ships but on trains as well.. was that a CL item we missed? Or is it what was in the horn case under the red hat? I'm assuming the unexpected title is the reel of film..

Did some tenious web searching and found...
http://www.atlantahobby.com/store/pc/Showtime-4D-50-ARF-391p11452.htm
a model plane races last leg? (Nah didnt think so either...)
The only other thing to spring to mind is that it is 5O rather than Fifty, reference to slang term for police Five-O?
4D references on searches are too general...
This ARG is really is intriguing but vague as yet because the movie is still aaaages away...
Ahh well off to lurk and search and procrastinate...
Night!

Woot!! We must party!!
Edit:
Are we to assume that 4D and 50's last leg is someplace in WV so that Josh can easily travel there, perhaps without missing work? Did we ever determine whether Josh lives in WV or if he was just there getting rid of the estate stuff?
Double Edit:
Last leg reminded me of a race, so I googled 4d & 50 race and got this:
http://www.nbha.com/about/faq.shtml
Barrel Horse Racing? Any place like this in any of the areas associated with Josh?

Interesting interesting.
Is actually the model plane only a model plane, or does it have a normal prototype with the same name.
Because I'd say, if there is an usual size plane somewhere, it were reasonable to do a meet point at his last leg (even if the plane couldn't be so huge for not seeing people ot the first leg). I mean, the legs = landing gears.
Or perhaps it's something completely different.
P.S. If it isn't plane, but something like statue of an animal, like dinosaur or so, it has to be really huge and its legs should be kinda staying in a line - imagine dinos at catwalk .
P.P.S. Bring us DDDD OOOOO something, or is it nonsence?
P.P.P.S. Perhaps 4d => Cinema 4d => cinema theater
and 5o like, "fifth octopus at the facade of a local cinema theater, and meeting point is the last leg of this 5th octopus"
P.P.P.P.S. Sorry for this brain
fu
storming, I am just clueless, but pretend to have some ideas, lol.
P.P.P.P.P.S. Actually
4d5o is hexadecimal for "M" . McDonalds
? But where are its legs?
UPDATE. OK, not really, actually only 4d is "m" . 5o hasn't hexadecimal meaning.

Perhaps they need foghorn because they are about to drive a ship or boat?
In this case is 4d&5o perhaps a hint for a haven, and "last leg" is perhaps last pier ?
And "unexpected title" - a super8 footage?
But in this case, where do they drive actually? In a secret base? Where the father of Josh lives? (I'd like this plot btw.)

re: new printout When do they meet and what time? '4D & 50's last leg' must refer to a date and time as well or how would they know when to meet?
and maybe the foghorn refers to the trumpet case(?)

Oh this trumpet case could be reasonable!
I dunno why but you can find me again lurking around http://www.bostonfisherman.com/ (I know, it was created 21st May 2009, and is perhaps OOG, but something is strange about that website).

After checking the link I had posted here - it looked more like someone trying to sell something - so I removed it.

Foghorn If we assume that is Josh at the mp3 audio file at STIES looking for something at a store, can that thing be the foghorn or be used with the foghorn and the person he is talking to at the print out (the misterious person) are aware about that?
I believe the unexpected title is the super 8 film, and the title that is "unexpected" is written on red at the movie reel.

re: new printout Could it be 4 Down and 5 Over?
I don't know where to go 4 down and 5 over, though. If you go 4 lines down and 5 words across on the newspaper print out you get the word 'wars' but that doesn't seem to make any sense.
