Doubtful, => [???]. (not a standard 8-ball phrase)
Con => centrate and ask again.
Better not => tell you now.

I think the "v" you were missing, Bruce, is from Doubtful, Very (first letter v) since "Very Doubtful" is an 8-Ball answer and it makes sense with the comma.

on "doubtful", the full answer is very doubtful, making "v" the first letter in the answer, completing the NO EVACUATION.

the other piece to this puzzle used (that you didn't cite) was farnsworth-widow.jpg ("You may rely Very do Sig Without Most l Reply h As I s Doubtful, Con Better not ")
