I think 12 shows Katie leaving the house w/ the baby. The one with Katie going up the stairs shows a picture falling off the wall... I wonder who/what is in that picture...

Same here. I'm wondering how Micha is supposed to come back into the film. Wasn't there talk of him being in it too?

Check it out, during the official trailer on the official site, click different doorways in the video.

Clicking the PA1 doorway results in seeing Hunter (baby) in that striped shirt (camera is upside down a bit)

More to come as I click all the doorways...

UPDATE - Ehh, all of the like 2 doorways show the same thing... I tried fast forwarding the video...

the picture itself moved off to the right, then off to the left, then zoomed in Hunter's reflection in the mirror and that's when I promptly clicked over to a different browser tab. Gah...

UPDATE 2 - Katie and Micah were on Spike TV's Scream 2010 award show where they showed exclusive footage...

It just prequels the one scene where the female gets ripped out of Hunter's room - She's exiting the room after putting Hunter in his crib, but then realized something wasn't right with something on the wall above Hunter's bed (night light or possibly the mobile?). She goes to investigate and then gets ripped out of the room, down the stairs, and into ... the basement? Whatever is behind the door that the dog was biting at in the living room/kitchen area

Also, Dread Central apparently got a call from Katie herself trying to get ahold of her sister---> Dread Central. Heck, it even gives the number that they received the call from: (619) 878-6220, which goes to Micah and Katie's answering machine after one ring.

I think Micah is mentioned in PA2, but I'm not sure if he actually makes an appearance.

except the last two minutes, I thought it totally went against the whole concept of the movies. Meh.
