So, I'm just noting Welcome To The ARK was taken off of youtube.

But since the guys frequent this, and might have read my and other persons posts, they realized the only way to silence theories would be to take it down. Crying or Very sad

Wow. I missed a lot on my self-imposed absence. I would hate to repeat what others have done, in 15+ pages worth of stuff, nor would I desire to start up a OOG/IG flame war so I will keep my beliefs on the subject to myself.

I did not get to see Welcome to The Ark, but I did see The Slender Man video. It made me cry a little for Team Knife. T_T

Now, filtering through some of the arguments, I did see something asking about whether "Congratulations Magus!" was IG.

I believe the video they sent me is IG simply by virtue of their contest AND acknowledgement in Twitter. I believe the purpose of the contest was a ruse to see whom they believed they could trust to spread the IG content to everyone. You know, a test to see who would "Follow Through" on stuff. I welcome anyone who disagrees to PM me as to keep the thread clear of bickering.

The reason I asked such a question was to halt any logic flowing like "If it's not coming from one of our pre-established sources, there's no possible way it could be canon."

I'm willing to bet they took down the 'welcome to the ark' video because it referenced EMH, and was thus too easily confused for being cannon (it was not). whereas the 'slender man' video doesn't really make any direct EMH references and is easier to discount.

Furthermore, if the videos were cannon, like the 'congratulations magus!' video, the guys probably would've done something to indicate it. Like with the magus video, almost -right- after it was posted and being discussed here, the guys started posting to twitter about it. people have been sending these vids to them and they've been purposefully ignoring them while posting other things.

The videos aren't cannon, guys. they're entries to a contest that have nothing to do with EMH, and the guys simply went with something they knew how to do very well. They already have things like a slendersuit and a naked white crawly guy suit, so obviously they'd want to use them.

furthermore, if you look at the contest details, the last day for submissions was October 8, the same day the videos were posted. Pretty sure they held out on releasing them as long as possible hoping that by this point, their fans would be able to distinguish IG from OOG. Obviously, many couldn't..

I'm not going to argue about this anymore, so If anyone responds to this and tries to argue, I'm simply going to ignore it-- I just wanted to put things in perspective. debating this is an enormous waste of time.

Now that that's dealt with.... woo, roadtrip to Brooklyn. I really didn't think that one article that was found was the key, but I guess I was wrong. Nice work on the person that found that, and whoever sent it to the boys.

Also, I'm certain Jeff's optimism is leading up to some utterly horrific event.

Just imagine they're just filming the most best scene we have seen in EMH to date and all of a sudden a guy runs up "I love you guys!"

Were "Welcome to the ARK" and "Slender Man" on the same account or different ones? Because if they were on different accounts it could be that whoever was responsible for the ARK one got around to pulling it before Crash621. I'm not counting on Slender Man being up for very long.

I'd suggested posting a video to show us the cut as more proof that "Sparky" has been playing up. I'm not sure if he means it'll scab up then over night it'll re-open or whether he means during the day. I'll find out though.
