 		Karu, could you please just drop it? Everybody's saying the same thing over and over and it's the least productive conversation to ever find its way to this thread... we all need to just agree to disagree and let it go.

Didz, I wake up at the slightest sound, so I wouldn't know about any of that... but I think a nip is a lot different than tearing somebody's arm apart. :p I really don't know what to make of the whole thing, honestly - hopefully Alex will clear it up for us soon.

True that. I'm sure the guys are far too sensible to actually injure themselves for the sake of the game. That said, I wouldn't put it past them to take an injury incurred OOG by accident and using it as an IG plot point.

As far as who did the scratch IG goes... well, thinking about how it would have gone down, Alex would be asleep, it'd be dark, he'd wake up almost immediately after being scratched in pain and probably turn on the lights right quick, and when he did he'd most likely find the dog was acting up whether or not it was Sparky or the Rake that scratched him. Most likely we won't get much evidence one way or another until we get some sort of Rakey video out of Alex (though my money is on the Rake).

I hope so lol. It is natural for a dog to lick a wound it's caused their owner though. Also if a dog is scared it can lash out at anybody. We have trouble with other dog walkers around here where they'll let their dog attack ours and so once scared our dog'll do anyway to defend himself or if he's scared, even if it means biting us by accident.

And Karu give it a rest. Everyone has given up arguing about it. I've messaged Crash to ask whether its IG or not.

 		I would've had it not been implied that so-and-so's answer was the real one and everyone else should just shut up about it. It was kinda douchey, honestly.

However, due to the fact that one of the videos has been taken down... it looks as of it actually wasn't IG. Though. As I said before, we should reserve judgement until later.

Seconding something Didz implied, it's also possible that he wouldn't even realize he'd been scratched until the next morning. I don't know how unusual I am, but for months I would occasionally discover a huge scratch or even a gouge on my arm or thigh while I was in the shower; I eventually discovered I had a broken mattress spring that would poke through when I hit it just right. It was kind of disturbing to realize that, while I'm wide awake at the slightest noise or movement during the night, I can sleep through being wounded without stirring.

But yeah, I think we'll have to wait until a video for confirmation one way or the other. I hadn't even considered that the scratches could be from Sparky, but it sounds plausible. Maybe he's trying to get Alex to wake up and get the hell away from the big naked possum guy.

According to the original creepypasta, there's at least a chance that the Rake is just trying to warn Alex to give up everything and flee, never to return. I guess that's something, at least.

How so? In the creepypasta I read he killed the girl's daughter and then caused her husband to crash into a lake or something like that... could you provide a link to where he gives people warnings? I may have missed something.

 		It may be a good moment to point out that there is a theory for Slendy also that he's somebody taking away future "monsters", and spying to see if they intend to do harm, which sort of makes sense with the theory that the Rake wants to warn people.

But the real question, which draws closer and closer, is: who supplies the purple tape, and why do we see it in so many "memory-videos"?? Is it kind of a warning, or something meant to lure them into the fangs of pale beasts??

Who is the Rake (I know who he is in the videos, I mean in general who is he?) and what is his connection to our favorite man?

 		I don't think the Rake warns people. At the end of the creepypasta about it this is what it says:

"I have not seen the Rake since he ruined my life, but I know that he has been in my room while I slept. I know and fear that one night I'll wake up to see him staring at me."

So, thinking back to Alex's videos I hear the words "your brother" being whispered, no idea what you guys think but from what I gather from the story, once it speaks your name, its coming for you. I think Jeff maybe next.
