Maybe for the bunker?

I think we should concentrate in the zeros, at the end of the day those are the new clues we have been given and what probably leads to the next part.

Could it be morse but modified? If you put all together in a line, how would you get the pauses in morse? How do you know where a letter ends and another start? Could one of this "o" be a pause?

One of the static bursts is longer and it doesn't have zeros in it. I paused it on there to try to see if there's a picture, but I can't make anything out of it. Not sure if anyone knows anything that might be done to analyze it is some way.
Or it may have been like that the whole time and I didn't notice. I only really point it out because I didn't remember seeing this longer pause yesterday.

Also, did one of you put "Unauthorized system usage detected" in the Field Status box?

It is probably nothing but we've got 7 events on the Event Log page and 7 Zero Images flickering on the same page?!? Perhaps they line up some how.

Idk, Cobalt. I used a program to extract all the interferences, which is how I saw all the different zeros. Unless they have changed the flash video recently again, the pics I posted should relate to each of the interferences.

I also thought about that, sea. Maybe the letters in the event log are related in some way?

Interesting. There is the possibility that all those who started Project 127 are either dead or they left bunker. The archive videos are certainly set up to appear as though they were filmed some time in the past...b/w, graininess and artifacts (unwanted errors, not artefacts=cultural objects) such as lines and spots which appear when old film stock has stood for a long time.

The 'men in white' appear to be checking levels of contaminant in the air following Zach's collapse by the bunker door. That would lead me to believe that Zach was poisoned by some kind of noxious gas released as part of the defense mechanism, resulting in his constant headaches and continued bad dreams...both of which are symptomatic of chemical poisoning which causes an imbalance in brain chemistry.

The question is, who are the men in white?

Zach's latest video blog on Youtube is disturbing. He reffies Seadevil4's email above. Also, nice binary solve btw.

The scientists who began Project 127 suffered from unremitting physical symptoms and Zach's condition seems similiar imo.

The flashing static is definitely different now--did we figure out both of them or just the one?

Also a friend mentioned to me today that in the Cthulhu mythos the chant "Ia ia!" is very important. Wondering if it has anything to do with our mysterious zeroes or, more importantly, the chanting in Zach's dreams. I didn't bring it up in my last email, but I did ask him what he keeps seeing from the corner of his eye. Snappy at imaginary flies, huh? Seems like whatever he encountered out there is really getting to him!

I'm also starting to think that the glasses he wears and the backgrounds of his vids are deliberate. No idea what to make of them pattern-wise, but it doesn't make sense that he just randomly has multiple pairs of "I'm making a blog!" glasses and moves his computer around to 3 different rooms in his house for each different video.

Hey, weird thought--any chance that the blip of static that appears the longest (the one without any zeroes) is a QR code of some kind? I know it's circular but if you cropped it down to a large square (points of the square touching the circumference of the circle) and, I dunno.... reduced the image quality so it was blockier? Maybe?
