Did anyone else think the industrial plant, what with those giant boilers, was reminiscent of the burned building in Marble Hornets?

Probably just an insignificant coincidence but there's that anyway.

So they got taken back home, theoretically, and they don't quite remember everything that happened, it seems. Would it be safe to assume that their memories have been... bamboozled?

I happen to think they weren't teleported or anything, just lost time. For that matter, I think much of the hidden footage we see is in relatively chronological order - as in, I think the incident where they enter the house in the woods, then end up on the beach at night, happened back then, as opposed to 'now' in the timeline, or later. They just don't recall it due to their altered states, which seemed clear in that old video (IIRC, Jeff starts calling out to himself in a slurred voice, asking, "Jeff, where are we?").

The burnt-out warehouse was quite similar to the boiler room in MH; obvious shared concepts and cues. I actually live within traveling distance of that location, but I'm too busy these days.

Hey, I've been lurking all the Slender Man blogs and video series for a while, and I finally decided to join up here. I was also the guy that asked Damsel about kittens, so... yay me. >.>

Anyway, I don't know if anyone else pointed this out, but in the Welcome to the ARK video, at around 1:50 I think, the camera is facing down-ish, and you can see Slender Man standing right next to the boys. Then they pan left to spy the Rake floor-scooting off. Just throwing this out there. Also, did anyone notice how odd Jeff was at the end? He even said "That's the way out. Come here." in a sort of childlike tone, with a happy smile on his face, trying to get them to go with him and even pulling on one of them. To me, it seems, it really adds in to the psychosis he has going on, or something to that extent.

... Aaanyway, just wanted to throw all that out there.

Around 3:08, 3:09 I swear I hear Jeff say "Pills here" followed by a sound like picking up a pill bottle.
