Anyway, yeah I believe that flash of light in Ashen Waste while the guys are driving is lightning. I noticed it once or twice, but it was very brief. Thought it gave the whole driving scene a neat little effect.

Okay, going to bring something up that happened like forever ago, but did we ever figure out what Jeff's HoL passage meant? Perhaps we should look at that again. I'm also wondering why there was never any indication of the other guys being totally pissed at Jeff about the 78of76.avi. I know if it were me in that situation, I would be totally raging that a friend of mine had something like that the whole time and was keeping it secret from me. I mean, the guys' reactions on camera when they found that stuff in Jeff's room was just like 'Oh, that's weird. Whatever.'

Just a peeve there. I don't know. Maybe the guys are way more chill about it than I would be.

Is the allusion to the dual universe the real point here? There have been references to "The ARK" being in a separate universe and them being the sole human occupants. Could this, perhaps, be the reference we're looking for?
But then, does that make Slendy "God"?

Some questions:

- is the Deadgirl really Linney? Did she put the box at the location? Who is "we"? Who is this addressed to? Damsel?
- is Linney Damsel?
- Was the Land of Ashen Waste the right location, or was the school, and this one only served as a spot where the Operator could get to them??
- Sound in the beginning of the video?

I'm not sure about the grammar, but in previous blogs and vlogs (pretty sure MH is included) any reference to SM/The Operator, without using an actual name, using Him or HIM is an indication of Slender-madness or whatever actually happens to Slender victims/TTAs/Maskies.



As for the WttA video and the boys' apparent loss of time, what if WttA is canon, but its contents are not? Going with the theory that some of the hidden videos (or parts of them) represent trains of thought, what if this video is merely the expression of an idea, in this case that of an alternate reality the boys have/will stumble into, a sort of ARK, and not a representation of what happens in actuality? What I'm saying is that WttA may only serve to introduce/support the idea of an ARK-type area, separate from normal reality, regardless of it being IG or OOG, canon or not.

 		Okay, some answers:
-I'm fairly certain that dead girl= Linnie/Linney
-Linney/Linnie=/= Damsel (pretty much a guarantee)
-I'm not sure either way if the place is Brooklyn or Lambertville are the Land of Ashen Waste. I have a theory on that, but I'll leave that out for now.
-The noise at the start of the video is probably just ambient household noise.

With regards to the dead girl situation, the logic I'm using to reason this is that we have numerous links to the Rake here, including the previous note at the school (also signed by Linnie) and the Rake's appearance near her body. The only thing that doesn't tie in here is that the Rake has most recently been sighted in Rural New York State which is already East of NJ. Unless the Rake moved to fresh hunting gr.ounds to the west, it strikes me as odd that Linnie would be travelling East.
Also, the pre-suicide letter to Linnie in the Creepypasta was written in 1964.

 		Man, so many missing or unexplained characters and events we need explanation on. Where's Jessa? Who was Linnie, and why was she searching for the MH crew? What is the Rake? What happened to the doctor, and why does he figure so prominently in all of this? Is Damsel still being held, and where are her promised updates? What's been scratching Alex? WHO WAS FONE (sorry, that was bad)

So many questions, so few answers... I hate loose threads. Crying or Very sad

Yup. Within the Slendermyth, capitalized pronouns are generally a sign that the victim is cracking. In standard English, the capitalized "Him" and "He" are reserved for references to God, and I think specifically to the Judeo-Christian god.

Now, since this is Jeff writing, and with his HoL quote in mind, it's possible that he's not cracking in the traditional Slendy sense but is instead recognizing what he believes to be SM's godhood. I'm not trying to imply that he's converting to Slendyism, but he could at least be paying respect.

Speaking of Jeff's sanity, I'm not fully on board with the suggestions that Jeff's recent behavior has been particularly unusual. The withdrawn state, general lack of affect, and gallows humor are, I think, a fairly typical and realistic reaction to feeling helpless in an ongoing stressful situation. I know that in fiction we usually see our protagonists start acting out in situations like that, but in reality it's not uncommon for people to start pulling into their shells and making inappropriate-seeming comments as a means of whistling past the graveyard. It's not so much cracking up as it is a defense mechanism.

On the other hand, he generally doesn't seem to be doing well. Did it sound to anyone else like he was breathing really heavily while walking around outside the Brooklyn warehouse?

Actually, pretty much all of these have been answered.

Jessa is being used by Slenderman for some nefarious purpose, so she's probably wherever he is at any given time.

Linnie was a character from the original Rake Creepy Pasta, and appears to have been the Dead Girl in the Cops Checked, No Body video. She's looking for the EverymanHYBRID crew because they're looking for Dr. Corenthal, evidently like she was.

The Rake is another Creepy Pasta monster like Slenderman, except far more agressive and less stalk-y.

The Doctor is believed to be dead, and it's been implied he's worked with Slenderman Victims, including Jeff, so he undoubtedly has some answers, or at least some way to help.

Damsel is most likely still being held since we've yet to hear anything from her. She might be considered taken out of the game at this point, since there's been no mention of her since then, and it's been quite some time.

The Rake has been scratching Alex, and moving about his house, and scaring his dog. The Rake evidently lives in the space behind his closet.

@ the small text: I really wish I could go sooner, but Friday is the earliest I can do it- I'm still in high school, and I get a lot of homework every night. And plus I'm not exactly the closest to the place. (about an hour and a half drive from where I live)

But, If any ya'll go there before me, or if anyone from SA goes there before me, then please notify me on this thread or in a private message so I don't waste my time going there just to find nothing.

This is really bugging me. It seems to me that there's a limit on how long PMs can withhold a piece of promised information like Damsel's queued post, and I think 2 weeks is the very upper end of that limit. This is one of the few real frustrations I've had with EMH.

I think that may have been Rake distortion, actually. That's what it sounded like to me.

On a different note, there are some real idiots on Youtube. Someone said that they think EverymanHYBRID and TribeTwelve are gonna have a crossover because in TribeTwelve there was lightning too. Seriously? Two Slenderman ARGs have lightning, therefore they must be related?
