It's late, so this may be obvious, but what do they mean by "unbreakable"? That the EMH trio will never be split up? Or that Team SM can never be defeated? Or that EMH can not be broken out of the Ark (if that's where they are when they sent this?) If they were in the Ark when they sent it, that would explain why it was deleted so quickly and why they haven't acknowledged it.

Second of all...

...I'm going to need to rewatch those Jeff videos and find out more on the good doctor. Whoever said they lived close to the hospital...I'd be on alert. And maybe you should alert our three heroes, too. Clearly the Doctor is the key to something close to the heart of the matter.

...God, I'm getting chills. That this letter coincides pretty closely with the release of the "Slender Man" video, with Evan and his...utensil...

For what it's worth, my interpretation of the WttA conversation:
Evan: Jeff, whatchya lookin' at? (Self Explanatory) Ahhh, what's he have us doing this time? (Asking what stunts and exercises they were doing in this video, to find out what episode of EverymanHYBRID Jeff is watching)
Jeff: Some... fitness series. (This is a response to "Whatchya lookin' at?", Jeff doesn't sound like he recognizes the video and his slow response indicates he's not yet really processed the second question, he's having some sort of mental damage)
Evan: Fitness? (Since it's been so long since they actually did anything fitness related on the series) Hmmphh, look at Vinnie's Hair. (Cheering Jeff up)
Jeff: It was a long time ago. (Seems to be recognizing the video now, or perhaps is responding to "What does he have us doing this time")
Evan: Yeah. I'm gonna go check on Vinnie, alright? You okay? (Jeff nods in response) Alright bro, take it easy.

The rest of the video is pretty straightforward, kinda. One thing I'd like to point out is this clearly takes place after Slender Man, with Vinnie having a very "Battered wife" reaction towards Evan. Vince remembers Evan doing what he did, but seems to recognize Evan was not under his own control at the time... and he could lose that control again at any moment.
Also, probably not related, but Jeff getting yanked into the darkness and reappearing from the darkness in Ashen Waste makes me think Welcome To The Ark might take place in the darkness between the car ride and the basement awakening in Ashen Waste. Probably not, though, since they weren't with the doctor or the girls and none of them are injured in the latter video.

... oh hey, just realized, Welcome To The Ark foreshadowed the revelation that "the good doctor is not so lucky as to be dead." It still takes place further down the road. This might also indicate the presence of time travel, if the video was sent back in time...
