so after catching up on all these pages, I'd like to say we need to think of HABIT more abstractly. At this point I'm almost sure there is some creepy pasta its connected to. I don't think its going to turn out to be any time travel or means the Rake is anyone's father. Sometimes its impossible to tell what you guys are joking about XD

Nice catch to the people who translated the note from box 3.

Also is it bad that when the box video was posted and I noticed a slight audio distortion in the driving home video near the end I started looking for Slendy?

And on the discussion of Slendy's motives I would like to bring up the words 'unknowable' and 'eldritch'

Okay, I was contemplating the whole Rake/Slendy relationship, and I remembered something. We've only had two confirmed viewings of the Rake, the first with no known Slendy sightings, and the second in Welcome to the Ark. Now, in WttA, when Slendy shows up behind the boys, the camera pans left to see the Rake doing his ground-crawl skidaddle away from the boys. Now, this is making me wonder if he showed up right when Slender came around, or if he was there already and the boys just weren't aware of it, spying on them or just hangin', enjoyin' a beer.
But it seems to me that once Slender shows up, he hightails it out of there as fast as his hands and knees can get him, and then we don't see anymore of him after that... unless I missed something in the latter part of that video. This is making me think the Rake doesn't want anything to do with Slendy, or is genuinely scared of him, or something to that extent. Not saying he likes or is helping the boys or anything, just saying there's some antagonism between the two internet horror Titans. Just wanted to throw all this out here, see if there's any validity to it.

Speaking of the Rake, I'm not sure if somebody posted/mentioned this before, but that second or two of footage in WttA of the Rake was pretty creepy.

If my theory of the Rake being attracted by slender man, it probably means the two have had a few encounters over time, probably one of which ended with the rake running away like a whipped dog, so he probably follows him but is cautious to take his distance.
ALSO
continuing on with the theory that slender man wants the boys alive for a sinister reason, he probably did the equivalent of telling the Rake to eff off.
