Stephen's hint leads to some new stuff So, the "depth and offset" hint from "Stephen" broke free a few more decodings:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The text on the envelope LC intercepted:
TENEIMHNXILNAETI
is a rail fence for:
IAMTHENEXTINLINE
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The filename of the bloody "October 31st" image:
YASEOTETEDNARDRUDHROCGN
is a rail fence for:
THEYTREADONSACREDGROUND
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
...and the text at the bottom of that image:
PY96AB7THTCL3F74DEEA5ACNETTL5DF3DON
is a rail fence for:
httpclly35f97d46dfeae3ab5da7content
(http://cl.ly/35f97d46dfeae3ab5da7/content)
All that points us to an audio file:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"The grower will give the gift of man to the beasts, and man will regret it."

Re: Mocha Polo
That's one of the oldie (but goodie) QR codes.
If you (or anyone reading later) haven't played with that part, it's a bit of fun.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Search around for QR codes and pay attention to the images you reveal. There's an iPhone app that kinda does augmented reality when shown the QR codes, or you can just visit the encoded links. Either way, you'll wind up with 9 characters that come in handy on thegodslake.com.

Heads up! IC website is back online Go team go!
Iron Clad's IT department appears to have resurrected the website.
And...there's a new link...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The Iron Clad logo in the upper left corner is a link to a page called "upload.php" which wants a password.
Also...I think we're getting close to the heart of this...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The flash file that implements the login box on that page is "/flash/ARGFinalPuzzle.swf"!

As Snibble mentioned above, the Iron Clad logo is hyperlinked to the first login page ...
To judge, you must First Be Judged ...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the passcode to enter is "945"
which leads to the second login page...
Declare Your Intentions (this is still unsolved)

We're getting closer...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Bonnabee's letter to Chad had the coded message "I am the next in line". The key here is dropping spaces and capitalization "iamthenextinline".
Passing that gate prompts us to Speak Our Words :
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
This one is easy, the "words" of this mysterious order we've been chasing are "Sal Salis Terra". (Again with the lack of caps or spacing: "salsalisterra".)
And finally(?), we're given a riddle and a video scanner to "SHOW YOUR ALLEGIANCE"...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
This one still has me scratching my head...

One of the first things I tried at the second login page was "iamthenextinline". No kloo why it didn't work. I hope they aren't controlling when the logins work.
*I see you've sent a request for a copy of the gear logo, let us know if it worked. Good luck!

I was pretty sure that I had tried that before too, and then after I got it, I realized that I had been typing slightly different variations of the same thing so fast that I had to go back and try again to make sure I knew which one eventually worked...

Will do, and thanks! It's been a pretty good team effort cracking this nut so far. I say we keep it up and get this slimy SOB. *grin*

I copy and paste all the words/phrases I try into a word document as I try them, so I can keep track of everything I try. That phrase as written "iamthenextinline" was on my list, so I must have added a space or two before the phrase. Anyways, I can't wait to read what Bonnabee left Chad.

Snibble, taking your suggestion in the comments on Declan's website, and with some scissors and glue, I made a scannable image. I'll send a copy of it to Declan so he can post it, but I'll upload a copy here too.

Very nicely done! I have been trying to achieve about the same thing using photo editing software. Leave it to the tried and true arts and crafts skills...I should have known.
(Does this mean I can throw out all the pieces of paper lying around my living room with random printed pictures that I keep holding up to my webcam and cursing at?)

The real genius was in using the tools you don't suck at. I suck a photoshop too, but it didn't stop me from banging my head against it for way too long!

Dr Grey's Package I received a package in the mail today from Canada...
I think the good doctor is still trying to reach out.
I'll try to scan and upload the contents later, but here's a list:
Dr Grey's business card with the QR code that so many acquired at FAN Expo
Several hand-marked slides (some from Dr Grey's Fan Expo presentation, one of the pigpen cipher from the back of the group photo)
A necklace with a pewter "Raven Stealing the Sun" charm (http://www.canadianacollections.com/display.asp?src=products/frederickpewter/fd-104_lg.jpg&w=500&h=370)
(Yay! Swag!)
