I was the bald guy with the Flynn Lives T-shirt, about 3/4 of the way up the seats.

Yep! I sat in the row in front of you, diagonal to your friend. I'm the chick with short curly brown hair/polka dotted skirt. We talked briefly, I believe.

In reply to questions about the code on the side of the asus card.

I hope there is more to this site...
And something to come from Tron Night in the way of Flynn Lives

Anyways, I quite enjoyed this preview, and I am even more anxious not to see they whole thing. Razz

OK, looks like 15 unique characters running from the top right corner to the bottom right corner. Here's an enlarged scan of the characters

Yes we did! Your avatar threw me off, was thinking you were a guy - DOH! Nice to meet you. Stay tuned as it looks like my web site may be hosting a Boston-area premier event on Dec. 17th. Wink

pS. Love your username BTW. Just realized what it was! HUGE Dune fan.

First to echo what's posted above - the symbols along the right side of the ASUS card are in fact
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
what spell out and lead to http://www.encominternational.com/asusinnovation

So looks like that's dealt with.

As for thoughts on the event, I'll post more once I get home =)

Thanks, will do! New best friends! Smile

As for the code on the side of the postcards, it's not really a code. The font is probably throwing everyone off, but read it straight down in a line and it clearly says the website. It took me a couple minutes but it's definitely there.

Welp, that was pretty cool. There were only 50 folks or so at my theater, which is good, because there was an overturned vehicle on the freeway on the way, and I didn't get there til 620pm. I also got a stack of ASUS cards and Soundtrack cards, and a complete box of posters (50 ct).

I'm soo looking forward to this movie.

ASUS CARDS

Was it me or was there only one version of the ASUS promo card at the Tron Night I went to? The picture earlier in the forum of the 8 different cards looks sweet - wish I could have gotten all 8, but like I said, I only saw the one card at my showing - mine has the masked program with the recognizers in the background.

Just got back from the Denver screening (Highlands Ranch). Very impressed. Got there with a friend of mine at 230pm. Heh....yeah I know, but we were first in line!

Great stuff... and damn I didn't want it to end. I am amazed!

Cary, NC? I went to Concord Mills and I got a couple extra posters and will be out in Greensboro next month if you want to skip shipping.

The preview was awesome, wanted more glowy vehicles but I'm not too picky with my previews. Thought that Sweet Dreams may be the most apt theme for Sam too. I love that he rides a Ducati too, it does say a lot about him. Also reaffirmed the fact I want motorcycle gear that looks like the sirens' outfits. So cool looking.

Also, Light Jets. Oh yeah.

I concur! Amazing picture quality and sound! I've bashed IMAX before, but now I may have to eat my words lol. Also, I was the first person in line at my screening, 1. Got there at 4:30 2. Screening started 5 minutes late 3. It sold out, but the theatre was pretty much empty. There was no stand by line...

Checking in from Orlando, freaking amazing is the only way I can put it. Definitely didn't spoil anything, just I and everyone else in the theater I think wanted to see the rest of the movie. I grabbed a few extra posters although I neglected to think to grab any extra cards...The posters I will be happy to send out as long as people pay for shipping, but I have to find out how much the shipping is first and how people can get me the money...as I don't have paypal, yet.

Orlando had the Rizler(spelling might be off...the dude with the dual identity discs) cards, if anyone happened to grab any extras of the other cards should any theater have gotten them I would love one, be happy to pay for shipping, I would. *hope someone has extras of those cards*

Would anyone be willing to spare any extras? I'll pay for shipping from wherever you are to Montana.
