Essentially, I think this sums up what is happening. The characters from 197x were designated to be "taken" by Slenderman - they fell out of the sky in 200x. Or maybe were re-incarnated.

I was thinking, Centralia= center. People were talking about directions before, and the arrows in EMH's logo.
Currently, they're in Jersey, east.
they've been to Brooklyn, north
and Damsel's from Alabama, south
so they definitely have to so west, the children's home.
Eventually they need to get there, and then I have a feeling shit's gonna go down in Centralia.
So the question is when and what.

Idea from a friend of mine as to the time discrepancy: they were put into the Ark as children. Time in the Ark doesn't pass the way it does here. So, they could have been in the Ark for years of our time, and never aged, being transplanted into the "real" world once more later on down the line.
