I still think there's a non-zero chance that Damsel axed her parents and forgot about because she was a Slendy puppet at the time, but I'll proceed on the assumption that her queued post can be taken at face value. But still, the fact that Slenders told her to go North and she listened gives the whole deal a Renfield vibe.

I wonder if they're being vague about what exactly Jeff did that led to Damsel being put away is because it's not really important, because it's based on information that will be revealed later, or because they kinda goofed and introduced the police questioning a week too soon on her blog.


To be fair, if something had killed my parents, chopped them up into bits and left them in bags around my house, I'd be fairly inclined to take that as being put on notice that this is what will happen to me if I don't do as I'm told. I'd be fairly inclined to get the hell out of Dodge too.

 		I passed out from exhaustion after posting. Saw Damsel's post this morning right before leaving for my improv class.

I kinda cried a little while walking to class. This means no Damsel. Ever. She's been removed from the story. My favorite character. Gone. With such a tearjerker backstory.

Just. Oh god. This upsets me so heavily (I seem to be fond of understatment).

At a guess they mean something will be out on the 23rd of November....... coincidently, that's my due date. I hope they don't post anything whilst I'm in hospital. I'll be demanding internet access then get funny looks when I refuse to climb out from under the bed sheets.

In other news, I told Alex about the letters from the doc mentioning Vinnie and Evan. He thinks that someone on the forum made it up. I've told him that there are videos and pictures but can't remember the youtube links for them. Could someone please post them so I can send them to him? He's just as confused as us about it and about why they're dated back to the 70s.

Definitely based on what?

The letters just say "town of ash" right? And the only other bit is the Ashland stuff from Candle Cove, right?

The Vince paperwork mentions that he is from a mining town, and the doctor calls it a "town of ash."

Centralia is a mining town that has been on fire for 50 years. There is a coal vein underneath the town that has been deemed impossible to extinguish so they've just left it to burn. If that's not a "town of ash," or a "Land of Ashen Waste" then I don't know what is. Just look at these photos:

 		I sincerely hope this isn't relevant...

But doing a google image search for HABIT, about 6 pages in I saw an entry for the "rabbit habit vibrator."

Anyway.

Damsel's words. Very sad. However, I don't necessarily think it means we won't ever hear from her again or that she's been written out of the story. After all, the post queue was announced when she was taken away.

And it's honestly made me want to look back at Joke's Over. Uh...whose innards were in those bags? Were they just animals, like the photographs Vince mentioned at the start of the video? Damsel is now officially the only character who has a history with bags like that. Did SHE do it, under Slendy's control?

This whole "past Vince and Evan" thing is actually starting to aggrevate me. Things are straight up starting to not make sense. We have two monsters, a girl who was either haunted by, or controlled by Slenderman as a child, some entity named Habit, a Dr., events from 30 years ago---WTF man?
Right now, I feel like I felt during the last season of Lost, trying to figure out the relevance of the flash-sideways, only to have it mean something entirely unexpected at the end.

Something more concrete needs to happen soon. Perhaps officially reveal who/what Habit is.
