 		Vegas Check In/Events Schedule (All who are coming pls read)
If you're planning on coming to Vegas, please PM me with the following:

1-Your arrival/departure dates/times.
2-A phone number you can be reached at while in Vegas (cellphone preferred).
3-Where you will be staying (along with your real name? Yes, operator, please connect me to SpaceBass's room wouldn't work too well).
4-Best email to reach you.

It'd be good to know how to get ahold of everyone, for the sake of making sure everyone knows about plans as they develop.

I'll PM you back with my cellphone number, which will be used as an info central line of sorts, in case you ever get lost or stranded somewhere, or some ARG character kidnaps you or something.

To give folks plenty of time to do their own thing, or get together with others and be relatively spontaneous, we've kept the 'official' events to a minimum. After consulting with a bunch of you, here's the way it looks like things are falling:

Friday Night:
Casual Meet & Greet
8:00 pm at the Baccarat Bar at the Bellagio.

Saturday Afternoon:
Martha's Mystery Tour/ARG Party
Begins at 5:00 pm in front of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Everyone's welcome and encouraged to add/develop their own side trips to places, (such as Diandra's Star Trek Experience). But I must give a caveat that at the same time, well, be prepared to expect the unexpected. Wink

One last thing just for the sake of clarity: a reminder that none of the parties or get-togethers are hosted (we're all volunteers here after all Smile ). It's just like the old Cloudmakers Parties: BYO$.

Oh, one thing. Don't let the possibility of something unexpected happening keep you all from making plans. While I'm not sure what might happen, I am sure that whatever it might be can/will be worked around any existing plans folks make.

Vague enough? Wink
