I emailed Emma asking her to check in after reading QA's post. I have heard nothing.
I also emailed MW asking about Emma and my fear she may have been the woman mentioned in the Dr.'s message and may have been taken by Mr. Hand. He responded:

I kind of stopped following the game for a while because I got swamped with work/left behind. If this is the end (I have no sound) then I'm a little disappointed in how it all turned out - can someone transcribe the message, perhaps?

1770 L St NW doesn't seem to be a real place either, Ive been on streetview looking around and the addresses only go up to 1750 on the side with the even numbers, it's a Ritz Camera shop, on the corner of L NWand 18th, so not really anything interesting there...
