Try looking for the program MMSSTV instead. It's what I use.

MMSSTV Receiving:
Install
Open
Listen to sound with program open
Does it for you

MMSSTV Transmitting:
Install
Open
Open recording program (Like audacity)
Go to TX tab in MMSSTV
Right click and go to load from file
Go back to recorder and click record
Click red TX button below image

I'm sorry, I have no clue. I choose to run windows. Not saying it's better though. In my opinion, they're both shit.
