My guess would be if they took the tech from it they would put it at Epcot (probably not as WoC though).

The one thing that I do hate about the show is that you must be there at the opening of the park to get a ticket for the show that night or you won't be able to see the show very well.

WoC to me looks like an advancement and expansion on the old IllumiNations show design. Sounds like the location makes it impossible to achieve the 360° viewing that the World Showcase Lagoon was able to afford at EPCOT.

Oh, and yes - EPCOT is supposed to be all caps. Its an acronym.

I'm not sure where you're located/if you've seen WoC but it's actually more like an advancement on Fantasmic! and even that's a stretch since it's so unique. It's also super cheap (compared to other shows) to put on since there are no fireworks, only some butane/propane.

One of the reasons it isn't a full lagoon show was that the effects need a good span to project onto the water screens, the other is that the viewing areas (other than part of the blue section) have effects within the area, which would be difficult to set up properly all around the lagoon. That and the main rides totally block your view.

Oh and Epcot hasn't been EPCOT in over 10 years. Razz

I'm still annoyed that this wasn't playing when I was there less than a month ago.
