I can go with that theory. I giggled when I read the part about the pocket universe. Made me think of the Terry Prattchet universe. How everything resides in the creators bag.

I like this theory a lot actually. Though, calling the Rake and Opportunistic feeder makes me shudder.

...This makes a lot of sense. Even if the thought of opportunistic feeder and The Rake being used in the same sentence brings up some very unwanted imagery

 		My question is that if the children all have a demon, possibly the boys all sharing Slenderman with Linnie having the Rake, maybe each has their own other demons. We may be in for more creepy monsters. The space under the pier they wound up in on 78of76.avi is what I think the letter is referencing as the Ark. What this entails, I don't know, it just fits with all the clues right now to me.

 		I am currently thinking of a "I have no mouth and I must scream"-twist, in which the Ark is not just his pocket universe, but the EMH crew are haunted in one universe after the next, with the universe "re-booting" after each time all of them are killed (think of the 7 in the JAF-game).

It would tie into HoL and Silent Hill, and be quite kick ass - and leave an option for S2 open (which, I think, is a must - this is so good it shall NEVER END!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

Also kinda like... um.... I think it was Prometheus? He was doomed to be eaten alive by an eagle every day, so at the end of the day he would be regenerated so he could be eaten again the next day?

 		OK, let's try to narrow things down...

Linney -> Rake
Vince -> Slenderman ("The Man")?
Evan -> ???
Jeff -> Slenderman (but who is Vince's monster??? Candle Cove??? It would tie with the CC-theme of abused childhood)

That is my problem: so far, we have only heard/seen of 2 demons. If there are more demons (and it is indeed their inner demons manifesting, as I theorized ages ago and then abandoned), then I wonder where they are...

Exactly!! Remember all these bits like... Slenderman and WttA - that all would indicate the boys were hurt, but nothing was left of it.

This is the kind of horror I've come to expect here. The fridgey-ness gets you (When ever they all die, so do we, at least if this is used)

 		They may not be things but rather phenomenons? Maybe Vince's is what's causing the memory loss? Evan's is the spacial shifting?

This is close to my theory, that the EMH guys are like characters in a video game that respawn as babies whenever they're killed, or maybe like gamepieces that are placed on the board at the beginning of every game and tucked away until next time when it's over. Possibly each of the characters has an opposite number (HABIT for Evan, Slendy for Vince, or whatever) being "played" by the opposite side.

In this round of the game, it looks like one of the characters has started to become self-aware.

Maybe the Ark is, metaphorically, the couch on which the player controlling the goodies and the one controlling the baddies are sitting.

That sounds about right. I was thinking The Invisibles, but that seems to have faded into semi-obscurity fairly quickly.
