The other day I said I was going to re-watch all the videos. I finally got around to it. I didn't find anything beyond the fact they seem to be big fans of kicking (or well, pushing) doors in.
And Evan's little "speeches" on what he's going to do to the "fake" Slendy are so amusing to me. "There's going to be some very, very negative repercussions." He should have just came out and said consequences will never be the same!"

Though Evan's laughter (assuming that Jeff cut open the bag in the clip in Centralia first) in Joke's Over is way more justified. It's like "Oh Jesus, this again?"

see if you can spot a pattern in the clips and videos. Like you said, it seems that Jeff found a bag first when out with Evan and Jessa. Maybe something on the day in the life video happened that they don't remember.

Or... Maybe things are happening -differently- from how we see them. O_O

Darnit, I forgot about that. D: I suppose I might as well say that we see in Joke's Over that Evan and Vince cut open the bag, but in the flashes, we see Jeff because we are seeing things as they really were for a brief moment, with everyone as their real selves (Evan possibly holding the camera? darn those letters..).

I love the theory, but I'm not sure I want to say the videos are completely unreliable yet. We have plenty of evidence that our narrators (especially Jeff, in my opinion) are unreliable, but surely we have to at least pretend like something is real. Smile

Make me wonder if Vinnie is real.

Nothing is real because we've all gone insane. ;-;

Well I was wrong. Evan's laughing during the other clip too.
The bag clip from Centralia really seems to parallel the scene in Jokes Over. We see a clip of Jeff running (to what I presume is the bag) which is similar to Evan taking off.
So yeah I didn't find anything new really.
But putting such a disturbing scene in with what was supposed to be such a nice, friendly day out with friends sans Slenderman is super creepy, The way the clips jump and the rest of the clip are scattered from unseen hiking trip means there's footage (possibly important) that they won't/haven't shown us.
If we don't get a hidden video soon, I'll be suprised. I suspect we'll see some of this other random hiking footage.

Yeah I guess it would, which would not make much sense without getting super metaphysical. Really just grasping for anything but time travel as a plausible explanation cause I feel that is such a cop out shtick.

First, does anyone else feel like the guys (and Jessa) had a Slender incounter in A Day in the Life? Besides the bag, Evan's too on edge and not himself. He's seen looking around many times and he's paranoid about getting the hell out of there before dark. Meanwhile, it's 1 pm in the summer. Perhaps they wanted everything to seem like it's okay?

Second, someone said before that they thought Jeff is an unreliable narrator. Yes. Yes he is. "Oh hey guys, I ran away to go look up some crazy shit and found some even crazier shit about me and my friends. I've got a lot of questions for them too. Oh, and I'm never ever gonna tell you guys what it's all exactly about." They're all unreliable really. Or they will eventually get there.

Third, WHO ADDED HO YAY TO THE TV TROPES PAGE?
