Jessa's video was heartbreaking!!
Though I don't think anyone here intentionally offended her, I think we really need to look at this and take a step up. There's a lot of OT talk about what the hybrids look like, (there was a long time ago about which ones were attractive and also more recently about the beard). Also the slashfic. That was a joke but it was really odd and if soemone wrote somethign like that about me I'd feel really weird. Obviously they read the thread and what we say not only affects the game; it affects the people. IMO we should all be more careful about what we say.
I guess I might sound preachy or pretensious, but I honestly believe that we should be more considerate to those people that give us soemthing so cool to spend time on.

[edit] Also, I would def. be behind the idea of a formal apology/support message from the collective of us hybrids here at UF. The video talked a lot about how she wanted suport, and having a whole thread of people might be nice for her. I think we should nominate someone to send our condolences and well wishes in a well-written, thoughtful note of some sort, signed from all of us. It wouldn't take long or be too much effort, but especially for soemthing that deals so heavily with feelings, it might go a long way.

Maybe I misinterpreted the video a li'l, but, I don't *think* she was talking about how she blames Hybrids for saying things or anything, and that it was more just random people, like, maybe in her college? (Edit: Well, nvm, she does in the beginning xP. But, still. The last time us UnForumers have talked about her like that was, I'm pretty sure, before we broke page 100 I'm sure she appreciates all the support though, so I'd say keep doing that xP.

I don't think any of us have been the people talking about Jessa, because I'm pretty sure we came to the conclusion that she was absolutely breathtaking. I'd be behind the idea of an OoG apology/show of support, though, because that's just kinda sad D: But it also might be overstepping our bounds. I dunno.

And...Yeah, the guys might be weirded out by that. In my defense, my friends touch my beard all the time and it doesn't mean anything sexual D': I'd just find it funny. But eh; different strokes for different folks.
