It is. A buddy of mine from the 2K Forums decoded it, it says:

It's a Base 64 code

Anyways, yeah. It's Base64 code. If you plug it in here: http://home2.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/ it will translate it for you. Though, what Noah is doing talking in Base 64 remains to be seen... Something to do with those computer pieces he received a little while back?

Well, today is "1111" and maybe "15" may represent a new video, considering that they have 14 videos so far. There are a lot of "t"s and seemingly random characters...not sure what to say about the rest of it yet.

 		Pretty sure 1111 is the date, aka November 11th, since it looks like a clock with the date on the bottom.

Can't say much about the time except that 4 is an unlucky number in Japan, since the word for four sounds a lot like the word for death.

Since he got taken to the "dark place" today (November 11), maybe 4:44 am is when he was taken?
