 		You say 'You guys' like you're not part of the conversation. Ironic.

If Alex is dead, it could be part of the story they naturally weaved. We've seen before that we DO have influence on parts of the story. Going along with SickSlick...if they are as professional as they appear to be, we've ruined nothing. Simply taken the game down a different road that they'll adapt to.

No one is ruining anything. We're all in this together.

Exactly. And it seemed from the messages that they planned for Alex to die. That's why he was so adamant in not telling anyone about what happened

I'm saying it more as an expression of disbelief, then as accusing anyone. We've not even seen his footage of the Rake yet! It seems far too early for him to die. We should keep trying to get in contact with him. Does it really seem like the time for him to die, to all of you? I'm just not seeing it.

 		Even if Alex isn't dead, something's definitely happened - last we heard from him, he was going to try to see the Rake again and I think he said he would update us the following day. And now he hasn't been online in nearly a week. It doesn't look particularly good.

I'm just confused as to why Jeff hasn't updated us on what's going on. There's been next to nothing from Vince/Jeff/Evan since the Centralia video. I hope we get some kind of update soon.

 		We've had radio silence from the crew before.

If Alex IS, theoretically, dead; I don't think he'd just drop off the face of the earth. There would have to be a final video, even if it was just a final post by Jeff to close things off.

That said: Ending a series with "I'm Okay" seems...kind of appropriate.

Damnit, guys! I don't want Alex to die! D:

Yeah, I really want a video of "subconsciously filmed" footage of The Rake attacking him. They do The Rake videos fantastically, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Maybe a slight close-up of its face?

I strongly doubt Alex can be dead unless, adhering to the whole perception of time in the EMH and WSA videos, this attack happened in the past.

But man, with Jessa and possibly Evan missing now, they have enough on their hands.

Depends- I saw some latex prosthetics that could be adapted to pull the effect off around halloween... It probably wouldn't be great for a camera in face look- but from the foot of bed.. another story entirely.

Paint it white, use white makeup- eeh. I could see it working- I'd be more concerned with the mouth/rest of the body.. I'm kinda of the opinion the crawling rake we've seen so far was a puppet... mainly because in both vids we saw the exact same crawling motion, and if it was a morphsuit or something we should have seen more defined muscle in the stills/slowmo someone took.

 		...Interesting. On rewatching all of the videos again...because that's how bored I am on a snowy Saturday in Colorado...I have to bring up a few points again.

Listening to 00:39 of the newest video, I SWEAR that the person wearing the bag is Evan and he says 'HAVE US' while 'fuck you' plays through the scene transition.

Secondly, I believe the possibly faceless person walking in the dark is Alex. He has the right build, at the least. The person recording could be Vince or Jeff, I'm not sure which on that.

I am very much under the opinion that the boys, when kicking in the door to that place in the woods, opened up a far bigger can of worms than they realized. It seems like that is when things REALLY started to go downhill. It's all weaving between some...dark, shadowy world and our world it seems.

I also don't believe the person they were going to hit with their car in Ashen Waste was Slendy. It looked more like a female form to me...but the fact that they just ended back up in the basement tells me that something caused them to be flung from that dark world where they said they were lost but 'at least not in Brooklyn'.

Random bits I felt the desire to bring back up. Also, there's some possibly Morse code flashing in other videos, if one of you translation experts would like to give it a shot. Camera lights strobing and the like. I can look up specifics if someone likes.

I think that does make sense, though, because it seems like Slender man was sort of housed in that school/house in the woods... whatever it was. Now they've gone and gotten lost in the darkness...

Hm, maybe Finding The Darkness is more closely related to EMH than we know. It's like Slender Man operates on a completely different plane of reality than us, and that's the Dark Realm.

It's pretty certain we are dealing with at least one alternate reality/world. The HoL quote, Silent Hill references... WttA (which.. i'm not going to reoppen the debate) It also explains the teleportation etc.

@Hellblazer310 I'm looking at it from the angle of some of the videos being washed out/devoid of light. The glitches in footage. The seeming loss of time, loss of perception and outright being unable to see things. It seems to me that dimensional shifts happen often.

Plus, if we go by the canon kind of laid down by previous series involving Slendy, such as MH...I think of a particular part where the main man of MH walks out of a door on one camera but doesn't come out the other side on the other camera in the real world. So he walked through that doorway straight into another dimension, in my mind.

I've always supported that theory from the beginning...and Welcome to the Ark most certainly takes place in this alternate world. Vince says it's dark for three days straight and they show the rain/lightning going on there. Like a world flooding with water and darkness.
