Didn't get any mail yesterday... sometimes I think the postal worker only visits a couple times a week. Odd days I'll get lots of mail, surrounded by days of no mail. Confused

I think IF there's anything else to be discovered, it may well be related to differences between the poster and the digital city map, such as those numbers.

I think the fastest way to compare would be to somehow get a large scan of the poster, as proportionate as possible, and overlay with the original GIF hilighted with a difference filter... likely not too easy, but probably quicker and more reliable than visually comparing every inch of the poster =) *shrug*

Well it's "Tron Tuesday", what's up?

Let's answer a few questions:

Is there more to the Arcade Aid game or are we just reading into things like "have you scoured the streets for every clue?" and "right, right, right" ?

If there is something more to be solved, are we on the right track with the "4 pins make an arrow pointing to the boat" theory did we miss something?

Should the "89" and "Space Paranoids" pin placement also be included in attempting to solve?

Are the missing numbers A-725 and B-725 on the towers in the poster significant?

I could be wrong on this, and if so I will own it, but I think we've found everything there is to find with Arcade Aid. There hasn't been a puzzle in this ARG with the level of obscurity and complexity that has been theorized lately. Pretty much everything has been handed to us with a bow on it.

That has been the one disappointment with this ARG for me. Great product (Tron: Legacy), great swag and great events but very little actual involvement in the game itself. We have been more of spectators than actual participants.

Got the pins yesterday. Punch-Out and light cycles. I've got no chance of a poster though. I don't believe I did it soon enough.

Personally, I like the whole "Boat-234" clue... but there doesn't seem to be a viable link on from it.

A couple of things I thought of regarding the missing 'numbers'.

First, they look like grid coordinates. Since the map we have doesn't have a grid set to it, perhaps it's for a different grid?

Second, are they missing from everyone's poster? I'm wondering if there are sets of posters with different things missing/changed from the original and that is part of this.

I do agree with whomever stated that they don't think anything more will happen with the current game as we have received posters for it, but there could be a correlation between the physical and digital posters.

I'm at work or I'd go over my poster in greater detail along with the game page. I'll probably do that tonight anyway. Very Happy

Anyway, my two cents.

Received my pins in the mail today. Punch Out and Face Off. Won't complain since it's free, but I was hoping for at least one tron related pin. Now just anxiously waiting to see if I get a poster!

Go hit up the Swag Shop thread, I'm sure you can find someone to trade with as everyone is trying to get a complete set.

I agree! Most puzzles have been only 2 steps deep, as it were. What I do think, however, is that this ARG is NOT yet over... hence Zack's apparent sarcastic "Right?!"s in the poster note.

I think we'll be in for one more surprise/event...

Oh, I forgot to mention that earlier! And not only are the clocks set at different times but there are only 9 number positions on the clocks instead of 12...
