ok so there was a note attached to this sculpture with a rubber band, transcript below

the page was folded like a letter and attached to a sculpture of a wolf reading a book. a google search revealed The Time Machine, by H.G. wells and i guess "loup-garou" is french for werewolf. That's as far as i've gotten.

Looking at the memos, thinking about the "Mind the times" QR in the corner -- has anyone looked at the times on the memos? Maybe all of them go together. I'm gonna start working on it but I have work today so I don't have a ton of time.
