 		To me it sounds like whoever is calling you is driving. The roaring sounds like the wind and the talking sounds like what you would hear in a "butt dial" or something.

Was this a land line or a cell phone?

I am listening on crappy $10 speakers so I could just be getting bad audio out of them.

This is my first thought too. The background just sounds like what I hear when my husband sits on his phone, when he's driving at work. The growls sound like the wind, the chomping noise sounds like what you hear when someone drives over speed bumps or a bridge, and the background talking sounds like maybe a conversation or the radio.

Not that it wouldn't be awesome if it was a Slendy/Rake call, but I am not sold on it just yet.

 		Thats what I was thinking, but it is for sure a land line. That's kinda hard to butt dial.

That doesn't mean I am set in stone the EMH called me or whatever, and as awesome as that would be, I am not lucky enough for that to happen.


However, the weird static roar-y echo-y thing sounds like something that would happen by accident.

And you can't butt dial a number, three times, without having it saved, that is only one county away.

Depends on the phone.

Of course, the only way to tell if this was accidental or not is for Harley to give them a call back.

All in all, I don't think there's any harm in calling the number. Either someone is going to pick up or not. If someone does, chances are they won't know what you're talking about.
