He probably GIMPed or Photoshopped it himself. You can pretty much slenderize any picture of a person that way, mostly via the blend tool.

The username is "the ark is near" backwards, the videos are similar to TTA's and they seem to coincide. He has been commenting on all of TTA's videos over the past couple of days with things like "we will be waiting," "waiting," and "we will wait no more" all in binary. Oh, and his "about me" simply says "Alex Kralie"
