 		I'd like to just remind everyone that with the likely exception of Jessa, virtually any time the forum has declared someone "definitely dead" without seeing an assault, they turn up alive. I didn't expect Alex to go poof, and I think we may yet see Vince again in some form or...uh, another.

In that case, Vincent Everyman is definitely, totally dead. I don't care what happened that we didn't see; he is definitely dead as a doornail.

I figured the cuts during the "action phase" were parts where the characters would be getting ready for action or doing other things of that nature. They only wanted to get the interesting parts on camera, not them standing in a circle nervously saying "Okay, before we open that closet we gotta grow an extra 8 balls between the three of us if we're gonna look like anything less than pansies all over the internet." The cut to Vinnie's phone going off definitely makes me think this, since the video seems to cut in halfway through the ringtone.

Anyways, so we now have the tally at something like this:
Slenderman - Gimme 20 dollars
Masky - Ah Come On
and The Rake - Trapped In The Closet

 		Perhaps in the "cuts" in the video, they decide to call Vinnie up to help bring the bad-ass-ery up a notch. He comes over and helps them explore the room, then decides to go into the closet solo to try to find something. About 20 minutes pass, and they decide to call him to check if he's ok. They hear his phone ring, but he doesn't pick up...and cue the footage picking up again.

I'm not saying that's definitely how the phone ended up in the closet, but, that's definitely how the phone ended up in the closet.

Either that or the Rake is like a raccoon and just loves shiny objects. (Rake-coon?)

 		Evan, why so damn awesome?

Heh, weren't we attempting forever ago to persuade Evan to take charge and tell Jeff what was going on? It seems that worked.

You know, to me this episode seemed like kind of a 'breather' episode. Something a little more light hearted and hopeful (what with Evan's joking around and Jeff finally waking up to Alex's dire situation), to give us a break from how tense things have been.

And you know what tends to happen after breather episodes.

Vince: He's trapped in the closet? Let's go rescue him!

It was Sparky's plan all along... He probably negotiated with the Rake to keep Alex safe for the moment.... Was his payment for bringing the Rake a snack the Beard?

I'm pretty sure Sparky was in it for the beard, but not as a snack. You just don't go around eating artifacts of power like that, especially not if you're a little dog with big plans for world domination.
