Oh cool! Small world. Smile My boyfriend grew up in Corning and his family still lives there and we drive by Geneseo when we visit.

 		I would hope that at least the people who were able to get the boxes/bag would go. They were close enough then, so they should still be close enough, right? And actually confronting the guys with the boxes could be interesting.

 		Hey guys, a thought crushed my mind.

The sudden announcement of the get together followed by a request that anyone with interest send the hybrids an email... does anyone else think this sounds like they're setting up ANOTHER means of delivering stuff to more followers?

Addresses, phone numbers, now emails. Heck maybe the get together announcement was a ploy.

I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate an e-mail that says OOPS I CAN'T MAKE IT BUT IF YOU EVER DO IT AGAIN IT'D BE AWESOME, but I want in on it if it's another ruse for personal information/to see who of the original address e-mails is still playing.

If it's a ploy to gather email addresses for a certain purpose, then they probably chose a last-minute get-together to roughly narrow it down to places within easy driving distance.

In that case, if you can't make it because you're busy or whatever, then emailing to say so might well be worth it. Very Happy

so those of us outside reasonable driving distance totally should NOT email with interest then?
clarifying their words would be good. 'interest in general' and 'ability this time around' = 2 different things.

though if it was set up late to be a ploy for emails within distance, wellthat is pretty cool and then i guess announcing it only 1/2? day/days? prior was very clever.
