With all these "late" posters maybe I too have an outside chance?

I figured I completed way too late for a poster but #822 was sitting on my porch today.

Edit - I don't remember when I completed it.

Can you think of a possible day it could have been? If it's like the 25th or 26th I might still have a shot haha. I just figured the 28th is way too late but maybe I am wrong.

I remember that I wasn't able to get to it for a couple of days so based on the tweet from @operationtron, I think it was actually the evening of 10/24.

Latest confirmed time of completion looks to be 5:00pm PST for #838. I am thinking Coggy was done at 10:21AM, waiting for his reply.

If I were a betting man (and I am), it's looking like anyone that got done on the 23rd should be getting one..... anytime after that, looks like you're out of luck.

Was I really that late? And I still got one? Call me lucky.

I bought a slightly oversized frame for mine at Target for $15 or so. Nothing fancy, but good enough to protect the pring (for now).

frames

I set up that account at pictureframes.com

You can get the frame cheap if you look in the "outlet" section.

I worked in framing for a while, and this is one of the cheapest places to get supplies.

check it out.

If you want me to set up a matte for you, shoot me a pm.

Yeah... I work at Michaels (in framing, no less), and while we're running the best sale of the year this week, custom framing that poster is still going to run somewhere in the $50-60 range, if you keep the extra stuff down.

On a side note, I can confirm that my father got his poster in:

wizzardnine, poster #465

Of all people, thebruce, you'd better get them... If you don't get any, I'll send you some myself.

I second and probably third that emotion - good luck to anyone still awaiting posters! Not sure if anyone in the UK has received a poster yet - I've got my pins, so fingers crossed...

Gotta say it's been amazing fun taking part in the competitions and reading your comments - even more so that very often in the UK (and you guys further afield around the world) don't get to take part due to 'USA ONLY' stamped over everything! Good to connect with our global brothers Cool

Took over a week for the poster to be shipped to the Pacific Northwest (based on original date on the label) but it eventually arrived on Friday.

# 241 - Lothlarien Finished 4:29pm PST 10/22/10
