 		Has anyone messaged Jeff to see if he can clarify on the noises? It seems like he hangs around and answers questions on Twitter for a little bit after updates.

 		That brings up a good point. How is the rake being held back from Alex? Is it really just the dog? Why hasn't the Rake killed the dog, or killed Alex? Why did he attack Alex that one time, but no other time?

Yea, after watching the video, Rake noises make the most sense, as Vince refers to them very specifically as "those" noises.

 		I noticed that in Joke's Over the siren starts out quiet but gets significantly louder once the distortion kicks in. Likewise, you can actually see Slendy before the siren goes off, although the tentacles only sprout when the distortion happens?

Maybe the siren is a sound from Slendy's world that comes through when he is making an especially blatant show of his powers? Or maybe it's a way for him to pull back the veil and show us how things look to him?

In other words, maybe it's Slendy's equivalent of yelling HEY BOZOS, OVER HERE?

You know, we really don't know how the Rake operates. The creepypasta is actually kind of vague when you think about it. He "convinces" the ship to leave. He "spoke of Linnie". And before cutting up the little girl, he conversed with her enough so she knew his name, plus the conversation with her father. And the continuing bedside visits of her mother. The other child seemed unaffected.

While I'm typing this...I almost get a Pyramid Head vibe from him. As if he's some manifestation of guilt. I think the creepypasta meant to imply that the father killed himself out of the "horror", but what if it was guilt?

He's attacked Alex numerous times. At a guess Sparky is a deterrent for The Rake. Because she's been growling and scratching at the crawl space The Rake can't get in silently to attack him.

hmn. Anyone else seems to think this fits with the theory of the Rake going after the peripheral characters, those we haven't seen much of, may or maybe not keeping away from the Operator's turf?

I don't remember anyone saying that the Rake has attacked him more than once, but maybe I just have to watch Alex's videos again.

It may also be the Rake is biding it's time, "playing" with it's food, so to speak. Or perhaps it doesn't aim on killing Alex, instead "feeding" on him?

 		Yeah the Rake is cool but I miss Slendy Sad I hope the Rake mystery gets wrapped up in the next few weeks and they can get back to the Man in Black. Because frankly the fact that Alex knew a horrifying monster was living in his closet, attacking him in his sleep and killing hapless exterminators, yet didn't do anything besides post on YouTube is a bit hard to believe. Doubly so now that the guys are in on it.

Do Alex and Jeff live with their parents in-game? Because I think they'd EVENTUALLY notice Alex's door covered in chains and him sleeping with Jeff. I don't normally nitpick stuff but the whole Rake situation is stretching things for me.

He was complaining about scratches on his arm for a while, and in the vid that we see him patching his arm up he has multiple bandages already in place.

Kind of curious how the scratching isn't what woke him up, but rather a smell. Could the rake have some way of numbing people, but just can't seem to do anything about that BO?

Yeah i was thinking the same thing, I don't think parents would be that oblivious, no matter what the situation.

Another question/comment, so im just assuming nothing ever happened to Vinnie and they found him after "Alex" since we just see him now in the new videos?
