 		There's Jessa (Jeff's MIA girlfriend) and Jessie (riding in the car in Cops Checked No Body, hanging out in the most recent video, Dr. Corenthal's niece). Confusingly similar names.

No, Jessie was in the videos from yesterday. You may be thinking of Jeff's girlfriend Jessa, who may be dead or slenderized or otherwise missing.

Alright, this has more than likely been discussed to death. But I took the phone thing ( I agree, the Rake probably snagged it) to explain where the Phantom Tweets could be coming from.
