Edit: Also, I'd like to see me some Slender something or other set to some Daft Punk. Aww yeah. If someone can do it with Kesha and the Bed Intruder guy, they can do it with that too. XD *fuels the fire* (I'm in no way implying Daft Punk sucks, in fact they're pretty sweet and I rather enjoy seeing how creative some of you can get with your music videos. And your writing too. Rock on. ;p)

I would, but I haz no vid editing skills. But, omigod, Slender video set to Human After All. Yes, I've been playing Flynn Lives for too long

Human After All, funny choice...

Hence the choice Very Happy

Man. I think i've run out of creativity today.

Anyone have good movie recommendations? I love horror movies (even cheesy, campy, horror movies) but it seems lately i've run out of anything that even looks remotely appealing.

hausu (crazy japanese movie about a haunted house.)
hard candy (girl gets revenge on pedo.)
a tale of two sisters (korean fairy tale + terror.)
house of wax (the old vincent price one. sad and scary.)

er, i have lots of others, but that's good enough for now.

(also, so far as fanart/fic go, i'm still holding out for an i love lucy-esque slendy and the rake comic. O.o )

So- officially, i love pontypool.

Eh. I'm not much one for japanese horror. I can't explain why, just... eh. Something about the style usually leaves me just.. unfufilled? I love how the plots are sometimes something that you would never guess, but... Still. i just can't get into them. (it may just be an issue with dubbing/subtitles. I can read subtitles, but.. it doesn't work so well with horror movies. And dubbing.. is usually unpleasant.)

although i need to finish watching hard candy some day. That movie was.. uncomfortable.

If you want slightly camp horror films, you want Dark Floors. Because nothing says horror movie quite like a movie starring a Finnish monster rock/heavy metal band.

Seconding this one! I haven't seen it myself, but I have fellow EMH fans who love this movie to death because apparently it's like being very, very high for an hour and a half.

Oh, the lordi movie? Man, i think that movie had potential.. but for some reason about halfway through i had technical issues and then just didn't feel hooked enough to pursue finishing it.

Aw. It had the trippiest ending I've seen in any movie, anywhere. If you can find it, try again

oh, so it isn't one of those

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it turns out they are all dead at the end, and they were in hell/limbo/whatever the whole time movies

because that's what it felt like to me.

Sorta. We don't really know. We have money on time loop, it's all in her head, and it's some sorta purgatory.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The ending is the beginning, but with a blue crayon instead

Thanks!

Is your new avatar an individually wrapped cheese slice? Hamsa cheese?

I could've sworn I refreshed this thread earlier and got no new posts. Huh.

It is indeed an individually wrapped slice of Hamsa cheese. It seems the pun doesn't really work at all, but it amuses me.

I know that not all of you are fans of music like this but I personally feel it is my "Slender Anthem" right now.

Ignore the anime footage, it has nothing to do with my patriotism to the Slender Nation.

You want varied tastes? You should see my truly massive(1794), absolutely schizo playlist

My personal music tastes very week to week. I've got 3 gigs of music i haven't been 'in the mood' to listen to in years. I'll listen to anything once, and depending on my mood it might be the greatest thing ever.

And yet somehow, i'm always finding new bands. which are then the greatest thing ever for a week. or something.

I have no idea what you'd call my playlist for today.
